“I make a pick up order so I don't know what the atmosphere is like but the food and service for pick up all really good. Highly recommend. I got a whole chicken and used it throughout the week for lunch and dinner. I also get their bottled dressings and salad and make wraps for lunches. I love their mashed potatoes and gravy. I also like the vegetable soup, very flavorful. Not a fan of the sweet mashed potato it was a bit watery.“

“My experience today was great today. I've been to this location several times . The food is always great. Today, their customer service was excellent. On my receipt, it says a young lady, Emerald V, served me. I want to say she was pleasant and very polite. Thank you 😊“

“Visited the Manchester UK restaurant today. Did not like it at all!!! Had to wait 20mins for my order and when it came it looked disgusting. The slider I got was a real thin, tough piece of chicken which wasn't very tender and the batter was over done and tasted greasy which was no surprise as it dripped out when I got the carton out and had a hint of a beef taste. The fillet included was just the same but a little bigger but the fries were the saving grace! They were nice a fluffy but the chicken here is terrible and wouldn't visit again. The staff were great but the food was terrible and it didn't even taste like chicken! No wonder they have spice it's to disguise the taste! Anyone trying for the first time I'd recommend getting it with no spice to get what it actually tastes like! Rank and horrible! Will go elsewhere for better quality chicken.“

“I love their Garlic “goop” for the chicken. However, I am not willing to pay what they want for a rotisserie chicken when I can get a great chicken elsewhere for less than half the price.
IE: Costco’s chickens are awesome.
We buy the garlic goop from Zankou which is literally right across the street from Costco.
I know they will despise this review but I am simply being honest.“

“Never have I been disappointed or dissatisfied by the service or the food. I average going there about 2-4 times a month. Most of the time it’s taking family, friends and car club members there for good eats. Food is always fresh, hot and served fast.“

“As for Fried Chicken goes, Honey Kettle is one of the better ones in Southern California. The simplicity of the goods is what makes this staple good. There isn't many frills, but good fresh chicken cooked with some care.

There have been some small issues with service from time to time, but overall I would maintain their high rating because of the delicious chicken they serve.

There are some hit and misses with their sides, but certainly do get their beans.

Portions are not big, but there is nothing wrong with over-ordering something that could be finished later.“

“This place was pretty good, the chicken is cooked to perfection! Extremely juicy and not salty. The french fries are kind of plain didn't have much flavor to them, potato salad was really good. Customer service was excellent, the restaurant is very clean. The bathrooms were extremely clean which I was surprised. If you're looking for some good fried chicken and not have a lot of seasoning but perfect season this is the place you definitely want to stop and check out.“

Started ordering from them a couple times a week from The K town franchise but i heard one closer opened and started ordering from the Sawtelle one. At first my orders were perfect but then the quality started going down. Their chicken was perfectly crunchy with juicy meat and great flavor. Now i order and pretty much every time it arrives burnt and dry . Super dissapointing considering i was thinking about getting my own franchise but Alvin Kim never called me for my meeting. I actually called once to ask why my order was so burnt and what has changed. The sweet girl basically said she wadnt sure but that if i order during a rush time at the restaurant that i will probably get that bad quality because of the busy staff and chefs. Not a great response. Anyway im super disappointed and dont even want to buy from this location anymore.“
