“My Mother’s Day (party day) order included 5 dozen mini cupcakes, 2 cakes, and some whoopie pies! I got home and realized my order was missing a dozen red velvet cupcakes. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service.
