Thai Vegan Reviews
Paradise for vegans and vegetarians with lowest prices in LA. The only thing missing is thai beer😟🍻
Love a fully vegan spot, and this place has a big menu and all the charm of a cute ma-and pop-restaurant. Also lots of fun restaurants in the same parking lot with seating, so something for everyone if they aren’t a vegan believer.
As for the food, all freshly made and piping hot. Love that you can add fake meats to anything for not too much extra.
Only nit-pick was I wasn’t a fan of the fried rice (not enough tofu for my taste and a bit bland), but portion...read full review

Fantastic food! We had the spicy Thai rolls and the mint noodles. Both were delicious!

Thai Vegan is a delightful rustic vegan restaurant that offers a truly authentic Thai dining experience. The menu features an impressive all-vegan selection, including a standout massaman curry that many reviewers claim is the best they've tasted, even after exploring Thailand. Customers have also praised the green curry and tom yum, returning for a second visit during their stay. Portion sizes are generous, often providing almost two meals for one, and the prices are reasonable, providing excellent value for money, especially in the LA area.
The restaurant's pineapple tofu fried rice is a popular dish, featuring a vibrant blend of pineapple, bell peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, raisins, and soft tofu, all expertly seasoned. While some suggest the tofu could be slightly more crisp and the rice a touch less overcooked, the overall flavors are praised as amazing. The spicy mint noodles also received positive feedback for their delicious taste.
Customers highlight the restaurant's commitment to authenticity, noting that the vegan meats are remarkably convincing in their appearance and texture. The vegetables taste fresh, and the gravy in the dishes is well-liked. The friendly and attentive staff contribute to the welcoming atmosphere, making Thai Vegan a must-visit destination for those seeking a truly exceptional vegan Thai dining experience in a fun area of Santa Monica.
