We had come in with 6 excited kids in tow and their disappointment was so evident when we saw that they were already closed. We were ready to leave when, to our surprise, some of the owners had noticed their disappointment. Instead of sending us on our way, they asked what flavors we were hoping for. They kindly asked us to wait, and within moments, they had cookies for us. I just couldn't believe they would go through such great lengths for just a few cookies.

“One of my favorite Donut shops in Thousands Oaks CA. This bakery is quite popular with the locals. . I began coming here in December 2021. The donuts are so ? DELICIOUS ? that you will be tempted to purchase a dozen !!. The average price for a ??? can set you back ?2.00-3.00. Trust me ...they are one of the best in this city. . Second they taste fresh ..and not too sugary or oily flavored. The couple who operate the shop are very friendly and the bakery is always clean. The store is situated in a shopping plaza... so it's first come, first serve..in regards to parking. You can also park on the curb corner or the office plaza next door after 5pm. They also sell coffee,cold drink's and lottery tickets. They stay open..until 7 or 8pm. The donuts they have are from glazed, bacon flavored,rice crispy, croissants,rolls, chocolate ??? , caramel, chocolate, chips and a variety. They have seating,,that fits about 5-9 people... I called back several more times and was sent to a voicemail. I understand it was late in the day but all they had to do was tell me to call back tomorrow. Terrible customer service. I like to support local but terrible way to treat anyone.FINALLYI did call back one more time and was able to reach the employee who apologized and was able to take my order.
