The bartender was angry and irritated with me when I asked to him to please turn it off. Two other female workers were unconcerned. The Female owner Michelle Bailey said she will not be a song N*** and did not offer to do anything about it. Oh She said there is a guy there that likes to play this song when he plays pool. If people there accept this happening I will vote by not going there.“

“Very high priced, but I ordered the A5 Wagyu (which is the Rolls Royce of beef), and I also ordered the A5 Wagyu tallow fries, and a real ice cream vanilla shake, so I expected to pay a high price. I waited more than 30 minutes for my meal as did a couple of other customers. I was hoping for that perfect, crispy outside and juicey inside, but my burger was so over cooked, it was really dry. (Such a waist of beautiful beef) The french fries were spot on delicious, but the shake was like milk. I think they made the shake way before the meal was ready to serve. I'm not sure if I'll go back there or not. I do love A5 Wagyu, though.“

“Finally, we have an authentic Turkish restaurant in SD! Bosforo is nothing short of spectacular — from the incredible food to the warm service and inviting ambience. Chef Seckin has truly outdone himself, bringing a genuine slice of Türkiye right to San Diego. Shout out to our Italian server who was super friendly and knowledgeable (sorry forgot his name). We absolutely loved Bosforo and will definitely go back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Turkish cuisine.“

Service sometimes is slow but they pack house on werkends so get there early to get a seat i have recommened to get one more bartender on busy nights.“

“3/5 for a first timer during restaurant week… the special menu was $50 per person…. we never got any bread with our dinner (and didn’t realize we were left out until we were on dessert)… and, portions were small, so the bread would have been nice, especially for $50… also, the server made us make our food order at the same time as our drinks… personally, i like to have a drink or two before i order my food… so, the service was rushed in that sense… and no one asked me if i wanted a second glass of wine i had the veal and my friend had the lobster ravioli… both tasted decently but, again, small portions… the burrata was amazing and the desserts (tiramisu and lava cake) were pleasant i think i’d like to try again on a night that isn’t as busy, and order off of the actual menu“

“Mothers Day and there was still seating. Most orders we noticed were to take home. Great atmosphere, quick service, polite servers, and clean restaurant. Ordered for take home last year. Glad we decided to stay there. Very relaxing. Food was great and boxed separately the pizzas, when we were ready to leave, which was awesome.“
