“I was feeling Greek food after our hike in Poway. Called this place as I wanted a gyro but a lot of places make them with only beef or chicken, while I prefer lamb. Larry's says theirs is a mix of beef and lamb. It was perfectly fine but still prefer lamb. Lots of fries came with it. My wife had the quarter chicken plate. She said she was glad she didn't get the half chicken as it was a lot of food. She enjoyed it.Parking can be a pain. The lot serves a number of places. We were there during the week, just before 1:00 pm, and we had to leave the lot and circle back to find a spot.“

The dishes are always clean in the mornings, not like other restaurants where you see dirty spots on the cups. It's just amazing service especially on Sundays the busy days. Props to everyone working there. The owner really knows how to manage a restaurant. I will recommend many friends and family to eat here knowing they'll leave satisfied. The young looking guy that's always wearing an apron on Sundays and sweeping, working nonstop is always saying hi to everyone and very kind. He looks like a hardworker.

Vegetarian options: They have plenty of yummy vegetarian options. Just let them know what your craving and they will accommodate.

Parking: They have plenty of parking. And extra parking.

“I have been going to Gyros House for years, and have never had a bad experience. It's my go-to for gyros, and (in my opinion) the best option in the Parkway Plaza food court.

The food is reasonably priced and amazing quality. The gyro meat is perfectly seasoned, hot, and tender. The vegetables are fresh and crisp. The pita is soft, warm, and flavorful. The sauces are perfect. The portions are big and very much worth the cost. The french fries are crispy and light, always hot and perfectly salted.

The customer service is incredible. The man who always makes my gyros always has a smile on his face and puts a smile on mine. Same with the woman who sometimes works the register. They are kind and helpful.

Very lovely people, very good food, great prices. Much better than the chain gyro places around.“

“This small pizzeria is just getting under way. In addition to pizza, they also offer calzones, sandwiches, pastas, wings, salads, and gyros sandwiches and plates. I had the latter in the form of a sandwich on a pita for $9.99 plus tax a la carte.The gyro sandwich was good. I liked the gyro meat. It had good crispy edges, was tender, and tasted good. I would have liked a little more meat. The pita bread was good, too. It was soft and warm. The sandwich came with plenty of lettuce and tomatoes and some red onions which I liked.The gyro sandwich definitely needed more tzatziki sauce. I suggest that they offer a small container of sauce on the side or, at the very least, add a nice drizzle on top.Service was friendly enough. The pizzeria offers some inside seating.“

It has a homemade flavor that we appreciate.We have our favorite items such as the Carne Asada burrito served with rice and beans and the 1/2 lb Sirloin burger topped with sauteed onions and mushrooms, served with perfectly streamed veggies and mashed potatoes.
