My family introduced me to Tomg Sui and I absolutely loved it! I tried the mango coconut pudding and taro pudding, both were delicious, fresh, and perfectly sweet. Such a unique and refreshing dessert spot. Will definitely be coming back again!“

“Mochi Black Milk tea with Boba is my favorite. I have never seen any Boba tea with mochi. It’s so good. Their sticky rice and taro topping is good too. They have some snacks and I tried the spicy fried octopus which is crispy and not really spicy. The popcorn chicken is popular too. They also have bento boxes. One of my favorite tea shop around Bay Area. Love it!!!!“

“dr.ink is such a hidden gem in the heart of downtown san jose, literally right across from san pedro sqaure market! the staff were super welcoming and genuinely took the time to recommend drinks based on what we liked. they also explained how each drink is crafted and what their specialties are, which made the experience feel way more personal and fun.

the atmosphere is cozy, calm, and perfect if you need a quiet study spot, want to get work done, or just catch up with friends over coffee. the drinks were amazing and you can tell they really care about quality here. definitely recommend checking this spot out if you’re in downtown sj!“

“I eat at Huckleberry’s at least twice a month, today however my experience was not good to the point that I did not leave a tip and feel terrible about that. I went in around noon on Sunday, I knew it would be busy. I signed in for one and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I sat there roughly 10 minutes. Two ladies came in signed in. Apparently they knew one of the waitress and were seated a few minutes later even though I was there before them. A waiter then approached the hostess and pointed at the clipboard, the hostess told him she was not going to seat one person in a booth. So I approached the hostess that initially signed me in and inquired why the two ladies were given a booth even though I was there before them, she didn’t know and looked for the waitress who sat them. The waitress proceeded to move them to a bigger booth to seat me. I was very disappointed. I realize it was not right to leave a tip but customers should not be given preferential treatment.“

“Found this place on google. Came in and seen 85 David Jersey on the wall. I was so happy knowing Vernon Davis owns this place. I had done some business with Vernon and he was a great guy to work with. He is a man of quality. Today we got so many drinks and they were all delicious. I got the anti oxidant drink. “I ordered a mango-orange-papaya smoothie. (you can mix and match from about 8-10 fruit options). For <$10 I got a large glass of some really excellent smoothie with exactly those ingredients + some ice. It was tasty, it wasn't too sweet, and it was a generous quantity. The only minor complaint was that the straw they gave was too short for the glass! (should've got a picture before consuming the whole thing but I forgot, picture attached just shows the serving size). Would definitely visit again.“

“If you like Asian-style milk teas, boba, etc. this place is pretty good! My family and my brother’s family were at Home Depot across the street and wanted something to drink besides soda. Tpumps was across the street. There were sooo many flavors to choose from and the boba were prepared just right (not too firm or mushy). “Their mango desserts are da bomb! This is the place to come whenever you crave for mango desserts. They used to be out of mango pancakes often and now it seems to be more available.

We had their mango pancakes, mango mochi, Pomelo & Mango With Sago, and Taro Black Glutinous Rice (hot), they're all great.

Their Coconut Pudding with Black Glutinous Rice comes in a jar and it's delicious.

If you like to get something to drink, their Mango & Coconut Juice With Aloe Jelly is excellent, taste like the one I got from HK before.

The place is pretty spacious in general but don't have that many tables inside. They do have a patio for outdoor seating. Expect a line when you come during peak time.“

Lemon slices with water is awesome but I do have one complaint is the recent change to their chicken sumac recipe changed and my kids can’t eat the new saltier and spiced up recipe. Even the chicken shawarma is kind of spicy now and unable to feed to children. I hope you can fix this.“

“I want to thank George the owner for introducing me to his mother Meropes secret recipe desert. Truly Inunderstand why she was named after one of the Pleiades this desert is Ambrosia to the gods. Everything about it is just right and even big enough to share but why would you want to even do that? The variety of choices of food from Greek to American and I was amazed by so Many vegetarian choices. The difference between this version of Bill of fare as opposed to the other owners is the size of the restaurant as well as no one rushing you to leave! No Matter what restaurant you go to due to popularity of it, parking will always be problematic but its location provides plenty of street parking! Again, bring the family, bring friends and meet your friends at Ana mazing restaurant!“

“We tested Ghee Masala Dosa it was crispy hence excellent , served hot and fresh . Four types of chutney are also served with it . Kesar Sheera was also nice . Simplicity in decor and layout . Assume Wait time of 25 minutes plus 15 minutes of preparation time after order is placed , at weekends. Overall Nice experience .“

“Mr. Sun’s Boba has been my FAVORITE café in the Bay Area since December 2023. I love Mr. Sun Tea because (1) the ambiance is welcoming and perfect for both reading and working (2) the boba is healthy. The tapioca pearls are made FRESH in-house daily, without any chemicals or artificial additives.

My go-to order is the RAINBOW Boba Milk Tea with three flavors of boba. I love it so much that I also order Mr. Sun for my gatherings and catering needs.“

We hosted a party bus for our gym families for christmas and our first stop was this cafe, due to the amount of people we had, the cafe kindly closed for us for an hour and we were so grateful!, considering we had many toddlers and children. “Came for the water, stayed for the people. Leilani, John, and Carmen are so great to talk to and the Aloha they bring.

You can buy the water by the gallon, bring your own bottle. Or, sign up for a 100 or 200 gallon account. They know their regulars by name as you walk in.

They also offer a variety of drinks and cold items. The shave ice is classic and you can add the Hawaiian style with red beans and condensed milk if you'd like. But, I am very partial to their Halo-Halo, a Filipino dessert/merienda. It has all the jellies, beans, Ube halaya, and ice cream you'd want.“

“I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years, hands down the best yogurt in Santa Clara county, the staff is usually friendly, except one guy. The biggest downfall is that we should be able to try a couple flavors to see what we like and don’t like before purchasing, I have purchased a couple times where I ended up throwing away my $9 yogurt because it didn’t taste right to me, had I been able to sample first I would’ve known not to purchase that flavor. Please allow samples again…..at least give a limit of 2 free ones, you’re not losing money by allowing a small sample Thanks for the Carbolite options they are a life saver on my healthy lifestyle goals“

“My wife and I were once just basic milk tea drinkers. We had our standard spot that we used to go to for years. We had friends that used to tell us about getting milk tea with “cheese” in it and we said “that sounds gross”. So one of our friends eventually dragged my wife to Happy Lemon and made her try the milk tea with salted cheese and….our taste buds will never be the same again.

I have now been to this Happy Lemon on multiple occasions. Parking has never been an issue. The people that take the drink orders, and serve the drinks have been consistently nice. The wait time for the drinks have been consistent with other tea places we have been.

My wife and I are now hooked on the Milk Tea with Salted Cheese and Boba Milk Tea with Cream Puff. I even bought some of the Salted Cheese ice cream for our daughters to try. They immediately tasted the cheese flavor and thought it was “yucky”. I was very happy to hear that and I sat back and enjoyed every spoonful.“
