“FIFA world cup - we were camping came to town for a few groceries stopped in to watch the world cup - place was packed full of good vibes - high fives yelling laughing celebrating - THE WORLD CUP had a way to unify community and Brunos was the perfect space to be in- staff moving working together - bussers carrying kegs up and down stairs helping bartenders - definitely seen team work both on tv and staff 👏 also best Old-fashioned I've had in a bar- beautiful presentation and taste. We will visit again when in the area.”

“The brother serving the food there is incredibly friendly and greets everyone like family, always calling you “brother.” It creates a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to come back. On top of that, the carnitas are outstanding—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. A great experience all around.”

“Fried rice with beef and thai tea were amazing. Also had the red curry and spicy basil chicken with flat noodles which were both pretty okay. Daughter ordered Amok (catfish cooked in a banana leaf) and said it was not that good. Staff very kind and helpful and food came out very fast.”

It is not just the great history of the estate which was formerly owned by Alfred Hitchcock, but the delicious and high quality wines that you can sample in this amazing setting. The current owners are very welcoming and attentive and especially dedicated to creating a great tasting experience for their guests. We spend a whole afternoon trying the different wines and I have to say it is rarely the case that I am as pleased with the sampling as I was at Armitage.Next to this, the vineyard offers amazing views. Tucked away in the redwood trees you can see for miles while overlooking the grapes from the top of the estate. When the sun sets in the afternoon, it makes for an amazing play of light and shadows.We truly loved visiting this place and will definitely come back. It is well worth a trip.If this does not convince you, please see the attached photos. I am in no way affiliated to this place, but was simply amazed by our afternoon here.”

“Hubby and I recently discovered this canton restaurant here in Scotts valley. They use no MSG at all! The food is delicious! Its fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated oriental style. The service is wonderful! Every time we pop in to eat, they Always have customers. Let's support local. Im telling my neighbors and church friends about this place! I would highly recommend their wonderful ton soup. Its nourishing, fresh veggies and hot! Perfect for winter. Their ginger beef is perfectly marinated. The pineapple rice is delicious. Their potstickers are perfect! Make it a date and enjoy. Actually with valentine's coming up, it would be the perfect date night 🥰”

“Everything. It’s perfect. The redwood sandwich co. That’s what’s on my mind Facebook. There’s a few places in town I will always visit. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re not trying hard enough. You’re hungry, you need a sandwich that feels like a sandwich. You don’t want one of those wimpy limp sandwiches that you find for $5. You know the ones, with the iceberg lettuce and the bread that tastes like nothing. You want a MANS SANDWICH. You’re not walking around on your twinkly toes. You might wear a tutu, but that doesn’t define your food desire. That’s right. You want mouth feel. You want to put it in your mouth and not talk for at least 10 minutes. You want food that makes everything stop and take pause. You’re grown, but this sandwich makes your hands look like a child. You’re ready to eat. And eat you shall. That tri tip sandwich is dripping with goodness. It’s a feast between two slices of bread. The thanksgiving sandwich makes you wish you spent your holiday here. Pair that with their soups that don’t quit, or their Mac and cheese that stops the world, you’re in food coma and all you’ve done is smell it. If you’re lucky, you’ll make it there when they have a pork belly special. It will turn you. You won’t know what hit you. But you’ll spend the month dreaming about that sandwich. “The food was very good. My 8 and 14 year old ate until they had their fill. They serve family style so they are big portions for a family of 4-6 to share. We got a rice dish, noodle dish and 2 chicken with vegetables dishes but different flavors. We had to take some home.

Parking: It is behind the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The waiter is friendly and patient. The cook is also friendly, especially when my son greeted her. Serve family style dishes.”

“So I'm traveling from out of town and had 2 seniors (one of whom is half deaf), a toddler, and a 6 month old. It was chaos. Shoutout to Connor, who engaged my dad in conversation while I was getting the toddler squared away, and who gave us an excellent recommendation for some local scenery to visit whilst in town. (Shark beach down highway 1 if anyone is interested in some stunning scenery).

The other staff were also friendly (and patient! Thanks!)

The tables were in need of a wipe but I carry baby wipes with me everywhere anyway and my toddler has yet to meet a messy situation he cant make messier.

The food was exactly what we expected it to be which was why we stopped here to begin with.”

“Came here for a late lunch with our dog and enjoyed our meal. The entrance is rather obscured from the parking lot, it’s to the right and past the ice cream parlor.
There was some confusion as the beer list I had was out of date, so my first couple choices weren’t available. My fish and chips were pretty good, my wife’s Asian chicken salad was a bit bland.”
