My reply to your msg: 3 stars to me is average good rating. We didn't dislike anything, we didn't have a bad experience, and we didn't have anything outstanding for me to give 4 or 5 stars.
The food is good, the service is ok, but the cleanliness can definitely be improved. There is a lingering unpleasant smell in the dining area which is may be resolved with a better cleaning routine.
