“I believe I had a brown sugar oatmilk blonde expresso. It came in the little mini cup. But whoever made that drink on Easter Sunday morning it was hands down the best drink I've ever tasted at Starbucks! It was the perfect combination of a light expresso with a smooth and creamy finish. It was so good that I took one sip and immediately ordered a second! Hats off to the barista. You showed out that day! 👏🏾“
“I got there as the store was closing and the barista was so nice he agreed to make me a Carmel Frappuccino he couldn't put the a spress O in it so he gave me more frap roast and it was really nice that he did that for me because I had come a long way in hadn't had a Starbucks in weeks due to the virus shutting everything down“
“I've been to this Starbucks a few times, but today Johnny truly stood out. The way he greeted and treated everyone was heartfelt—it felt like a holiday spirit straight from the heart. His positive energy created such a good vibe, making it a great place to work or relax. We need more people like Johnny to spread kindness and good deeds. Thank you for making my day brighter“
“Delicious light iced horchata oat shaken espresso! Grateful for Spooki’s kind and thoughtful service—she made sure I’d enjoy it and offered to adjust if needed. I appreciate the creative iced coffee with horchata syrup refill! Friendly whole Starbucks Team here at this specific branch—Collin & Emily as well, who are truly values real connection. They all deserve a pay raise soon ;) Great spot for focused study work time with Wi-Fi, outlets, comfy chairs, & tables. Relaxing ambiance with soothing music. God bless!“
“I’ve never left a review for a Starbucks before (lol) but this one is great. I’m from Ohio and every time I visit my friend who lives in Sherman Oaks, I walk here. The music is *the best* and customers are often singing and shimmying, myself included. (Funk, soul, disco, pop, etc.) Employees are kind, and simply put it’s a five star Starbucks.“
“I stopped by this Starbucks inside Westfield Sherman Oaks this morning and I had a good experience. My goal was to get a plain bagel with cream cheese but they didn't have any left. So I went with the chocolate croissant which I never had here before. This Starbucks is like a food stand so it's not that big. I came before the mall open so they were not busy at all. The worker who tooked my order was very polite and friendly during our interaction. I asked that the croissant get toasted and it came out quick. They also had some sample cookies so I took one as well. The sample cookies was good and I thought my chocolate croissant was good as well.

“I hope Michael sees this, but he was the highlight of my day today, and I'll be sure to come to this Starbucks more often to be helped by him. He was very bubbly and helpful and did not rush me. I really felt his patience as I was taking my time looking at new additions to the menu and I was feeling indecisive. The new falafel pocket was indeed small, like he mentioned, but it was tasty. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.“
