“Absolutely amazing. After a disappoint go at the Mancoras peruivian cuisine on main, I found this place in walking distance. Gave it a shot and the chicken is amazing. The #1 recommendation is have is the #1 Chicken sandwich (white or dark meat) it's by far the best chicken sandwich I've had. Easily blowing Raising Canes and all other chicken sandwich establishments out of the park. The balance between each ingredient was spot on and I could easily devour multiple of these in one sitting due to how good it is. 100% recommend this place.

Side note, for any people planning to eat here. Order ahead of time (sometimes it can take 30+ minutes) and avoid the wraps, go for the chicken on the bun instead. It's vastly superior because the wraps seem to be poorly constructed. The wraps seem to be overflowing with sauce which makes the wrap soft and weak so its, hard to hold let alone eat, without it breaking apart in your hands“

The fields for data entry are too small, and you can’t see if you’ve made an entry error. For example when entering my phone number I accidentally hit one wrong number, and didn’t see it until it went to send the confirmation code to the wrong number. I used the back arrow, and was not able to enter a new phone number. I deleted the whole order, reordered, and it pulled up the wrong phone number again. The only way I was able to place an order was to delete the order AGAIN, log out of the website, log back in, and select NO to Use location? Terrible ordering experience that could easily be fixed with a better form design. It’s not rocket science.“

All pizzas come with ONE topping and any additional are what the prices are shown in the menu. Their pizza is pretty thick! It’s not thin crust but still very tasty! Their breading is soft and not chewy/doughy so that’s a plus!

We got the 16” - sausage - pizza - a tiny bit of spice on the pizza! They gave plates + cheese/chili pepper on the side. We could’ve gone a size down! We ate half the pizza only!

Parking: it was easy since I came around 11:30 on a weekday.

“Being from the deep south, I’m very particular about my chicken fingers. Even though they don’t have ranch, they have chicken sauce (what we call it in the south), which I suppose is their sauce. The food is always fresh, and the chicken fingers are made high quality chicken, and are breaded and seasoned just right. They have a very affordable menu as well.“

From the planning stage with Evelyn to the execution with 3 great team members on the night of our event, everything ran perfectly. Super Pizza Veloz has clearly been a staple in the South El Monte community for a long time, and it’s easy to see why. I really appreciate that they accept EBT, which makes it much more accessible for families in the area. One thing I did notice though is that their self-service kiosk doesn’t allow EBT payments, so you have to order at the counter instead. It’s not a huge issue, but it does create a little bit of confusion when ordering.
What really stood out to me were the family meal deals. For around $43–$45, you can get two large pizzas, 20–25 wings, and potato wedges, which is honestly a great value for a family. Deals like that make it much easier for families to enjoy a good meal together without spending a fortune.
As for the pizza itself, the pepperoni and sausage pizza was a little on the greasy side, but it was still very flavorful and satisfying.
Overall, it’s a solid local spot with great value for families, and I love supporting businesses that have been part of the community since 1986.“
