“The only time you get good service is if Ashton is there. Everyone else doesn't say hi, the one girl was so scripted she kept asking the same exact questions as her peers right after I answered. They charge $5 for avacado! Are you kidding me!? Overall... food is your normal Jersey Mikes and Ashton is the only human who makes this location worth it. Figure out your pricing and customer service skills to be more personable and we shall talk about an above star rating.“
“We came here on a wildfire day when two other JMs were closed so they were super busy. The employees were working so hard to keep everything moving even with all the app orders coming in. Phenomenal job by all the workers and honestly they deserve a day off and a raise.“
“The food at the First and LA location and the service...tower above the rest. Asaph, Mason, Nat, and Brook, not only remember my order...but treat and my daughter like good friends. I go here about 2x a week. This team is truly the A Team of any Jersey Mike's or other restaurant I've been to.
