So good! I tried the cinnamon roll and was absolutely blown away! In my option it’s the best gf cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Even my gluten eating fiancé was impressed and said he couldn’t tell it was gf. The honey nut bread is tasty and so was the cookie that I sampled. I’m excited to try all the things!
Ordered some stuff from the pop up & everything is amazing! Super friendly staff, Olivia was so helpful. Can't wait until the next pop up! We'll definitely be back.
Do you have any idea how nice it is to visit a place that you can eat at when you have severe dietary restrictions?! I love this spot and so does my lovely sensitive stomach. On Saturday morning, I had to go to work bright & early & left the house without eating. I deliver beach & baby equipment to traveling families, so I happen to be in the Solana Beach area delivering to a customer that morning & decided to stop by. The Coop | Bakehouse & Pantry is a 100% gluten free and celiac safe restaurant. It is a great spot for people with severe dietary restrictions and other allergies. The staff is kind, friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic, offering suggestions and answering questions. The menu has breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches that are super delicious. The breakfast sandwich on foccacia bread with sausage, egg and aoli spread has flavor that is on point. The cinnamon rolls are superb and amazing. The muffins come in so many flavors and are the best ever had. The pizza is great. The frosted brownie and the jam bar are wonderful. The chocolate chip cookies and double chocolate cookies are super good. The chocolate cookie was called the best cookie ever had. There is also a frozen section with ready made pies, pie crust, and beef or chicken pot pie. The spot has a giant board for small business flyers and business cards, and it supports other small businesses. There is a parking lot. This place stands out as one of the best GF bakeries.
