“Super nice little pizza place after a long road trip. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was outstanding! I really enjoyed the special pizza with squash and a white sauce. I wish there was more than one pasta option, though. The patio is dog very dog friendly, and was nice except for the fact that the table was a little wobbly.
Kid-friendliness: There was no kids menu, but I think our meal was friendly to a child’s pallet.“

“The BEST wines I’ve ever had. I’ve be been to countless tasting rooms across California, the USA, and Italy, and have never joined a wine club. One visit to MJA changed everything. The wines were so phenomenal that I had to sign up for as many bottles as possible each quarter. If you are looking for exceptional wine, this is the place. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend.“
“Armitage wines offers a truly outstanding experience. It is not just the great history of the estate which was formerly owned by Alfred Hitchcock, but the delicious and high quality wines that you can sample in this amazing setting. The current owners are very welcoming and attentive and especially dedicated to creating a great tasting experience for their guests. We spend a whole afternoon trying the different wines and I have to say it is rarely the case that I am as pleased with the sampling as I was at Armitage. Next to this, the vineyard offers amazing views. Tucked away in the redwood trees you can see for miles while overlooking the grapes from the top of the estate. When the sun sets in the afternoon, it makes for an amazing play of light and shadows. We truly loved visiting this place and will definitely come back. It is well worth a trip. If this does not convince you, please see the attached photos. I am in no way affiliated to this place, but was simply amazed by our afternoon here.“
“Visited this place for the first time a week or so ago. Huge shout-out to Joel! Joel hooked us up with some tastes before we felt confident purchasing an entire bottle. We were turned on to some sort of red sparkling wine and enjoyed playing some cardgames in the lounge. The atmosphere is really homey, and the other patrons were friendly and hip. Keep your eye out, sometimes they host DJs and events as well. Will definitely be back! ?“

“Everything about this place has us planning our next visit. Decor inside, gas fireplaces outside and amazing wines and food. You do not want to miss Juan’s empanadas. We had the Syrah and the Viognier which were both excellent. Sean is also such an asset to the entire vibe. His hospitality is enough to return weekly. Thanks for the amazing date night setting.

Great outdoor space with privacy from the street, twinkling lights, fire place for the cool evenings. Dog friendly, family friendly. You can even get GLITTER in you drink if you ask!“

“Just happened on this place by doing map search for restaurants while in Watsonville. It was magical! Beautiful buildings & gardens. We are on the heated patio & just loved it. Excellent food: ribeye, & steak & lobster. Delish wedge salad too. Took the dessert home & enjoyed that too; the accompanying ice cream was the best. Very lovely experience.“

“My favorite Indian restaurant in Santa Cruz county. I love Indian food but I usually can’t handle too much spicy. Ambrosia is very thoughtful about that, they make a delicious food just right and if you want to add more spice you can. My favorite is the buffet, because you can try many different dishes. Love this restaurant!“

“I can’t say enough good things about Brad, Linda, and staff. They are wonderful to be around and everyone really cares about the food. There is something on the menu for the vast majority of eaters. The garden on site is walkable and absolutely gorgeous. For food: beef cheeks, fried chicken, and any pasta you care for. Wine: a broad selection of interesting bottles Non-alcoholic: lemonade 😋“
