“Very friendly staff, the lady usually working there is super nice and remembers her frequent visitors (said my name and asked how my cat was).I usually come for their croissants and horchata shake, both are delicious. I know they also sell a variety of donuts, sandwiches (breakfast and lunch kind), ice cream and teas.They open very early (around 4-5am) which is convenient for the munchies.I hope they continue to grow and flourish.“

“The cashiers name was Keylee Perez she was super friendly and always smiling. She was helping out another customer but was sure to let me know she would be right with me. Its too bad they dont have a tipping system as you pay like they do at other big coffee shops as I believe good cashiers that do their job with a beautiful attitude should be rewarded.
I hope Winchells takes care of their great employees by compensating them with decent living wages so they can continue to give us great service and stay motivated with a pay increase for providing friendly service. Thank you Keylee Perez for being very sweet while doing your job.“
