“This place is awesome, nickey the bartender is great. Really dog friendly. Not like other places that say dog friendly but very limited. Nickey loves the dogs, gets the fireplace going and you feel like you’re at home. Well worth the stop. Oh yeah the beer is really good too?“
“We stopped in on a whim & were happily surprised! Great cocktails, simple & delicious food, and friendly staff. The vibe is warm and inviting. The server made sure we knew there was a 20% fee & that it was shared across the staff. It's really nice to see a place look out for their workers, especially in a tourist destination.“
“We came here on a busy Saturday night and had a bit of a wait. The restaurant was very crowded and they squeezed us into a booth in the corner with barely enough room to slide in and out between our table and the neighboring table. The food itself was pretty good, but they charged extra to add meat to the dishes and then put barely any meat on them at all. We ordered a chicken enchilada and were served just plain cheese enchiladas. By the time we realized, we were almost finished with the rest of our dinner and told the waiter that our enchiladas were not chicken enchiladas as we had ordered. He hurried off to replace them without asking if we wanted them replaced even though we had finished all our other food. We ended up just taking them to go as we were finished with the rest of our dinner by the time they brought them out. Overall, not worth it for how expensive everything was.“
“Had a really nice vegan meal here. Good food all around. What really made the experience was Danny, an employee who works there. I'm not used to seeing people with so much enthusiasm for their work, and who are truly dedicated to providing an excellent customer service experience. If the owner is reading this, I suggest promoting this man, he’s the type of employee you want, who gives customers like myself a good reason to return. “I was in the Stateline Brewery on 3-9-2024 and I had an awesome experience. I sat over in the bar area and put in my food and drink orders as I went! Everything came out quick even though it was really busy on a Saturday at Stateline! The drink I ordered had purple gin and guava that was to die for, so refreshing and tasty. I had thr bacon jam burger which was super fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant space was super open and comfortable. Friendly staff!!“
“Whoa... Mind = BLOWN! What a fantasticc meal! I didn't know what to expect. The menu is primarily European, but that includes Germany, Russia, Italy, Poland, etc. I ordered Beef Stroganoff with spaetzle and it was the best I have ever had! Full salad bar, delicious homemade scratch soups. I saw another table order a pork shank that was massive! Friendly personalized service. Casual open dining room with a fireplace. If you don't know where to eat in South Lake Tahoe, this is the place!“
