Came in for the QUESO24 mobile app deal for free queso. Placed the order at 5:55pm via mobile app, was supposed to be ready by 6:10 and wasn't ready til 6:13. 3 minutes after is no problem however giving 2/5 stars because of how little cheese I received. I typically like to order in person because I feel like they give better portion sizes however this is unacceptable. When you ask for a side of salsa they fill it to the top, so why not queso? This is one of the smaller locations I've been to. I think they need more seating. It was very busy when we went and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes, there were only two people there and one was a cook. They need to have more staff to accommodate the customers. I waited a considerable amount of time to get a to-go bag while new customers kept coming in. It would have been nice to have two team members manning the food and cash register.
