The preparer refusing to mix up the ingredients out of pure laziness. I asked if he could mix them up. He says they’re already mixed, even though I’m standing right in front of him watching him make the thing. If you aren’t gonna make it the way, the customer asks, why bother making it at all?
Love this place but they are so understaffed. They really need 2 more people at the counter.
Very clean top to bottom.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a well-known spot, though some locations may need more staff for busy times. One reviewer found the burrito bowls to be pretty good, even if they made a mistake ordering it too spicy. Another customer appreciated the care and attention put into their pick-up orders by a staff member named Celia. Despite some locations needing improvement, one reviewer suggests visiting this not-too-busy spot with an awesome outside patio, especially if planning to explore Old Towne Pasadena up the road.
The staff at this location are generally friendly and efficient, though experiences can vary. One worker named Andres went above and beyond by checking ingredients twice when they almost ran out. While one customer noted a lack of enthusiasm from Diego during their order, others mentioned being greeted warmly and receiving good service. The service is patient and kind, even during busy times like Halloween when waiting was only about 10 minutes. Customers appreciate the generous portions, and the food tastes consistent with other locations. Overall, this Chipotle is a reliable place to visit, especially for those looking for good service and a comfortable environment.
