But after some reddit reading and persuasion from my bf, I bought a box of donuts. Quite expensive for donuts personally, but it was totally worth it!! The donuts are so fluffy. The texture is insanely good. The ones with filling are stuffed to the brim. So worth the cost! And the calories! Tried french cruller, glazed, chocolate glazed, raspberry filled, boston cream filled, peanut butter and jelly filled, along with cinnamon sugar. All of them were so amazing and they tasted so fresh!“

“Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the charming, highly-rated Hello You're Welcome café. They make and bake everything in house- you can even see the ovens. Really friendly staff with a slight hippie vibe. Some items were made with almond flour, like their giant chocolate chip cookie, so I had to skip them (allergic). I was pleasantly overwhelmed by a delicious gigantic frittata slice with bacon, onions, and tater tots inside. Togadachi coffee is really interesting: the beans were fermented with lavender. Extra sugar helped me adjust to the unique flavor. The wall full of retail items features coffee beans in VHS boxes, which is a first! I love their mugs and bought one to take home.“

“I just love this place. 1 day I was looking on Google for early morning donut shop that was open and I found this place. It opens at 430am. It's also a drive threw. This place is a little hidden gem. If you're ever in Elmonte area, I totally recommend it. They're coffee. It's off the hook. And the donuts are always fresh. My brother and I love going there.

“Prices have gone up from when I 1st started going with my GF. I remember my GF and I would go specifically for her bobas but they are now 6$ I remember literally a year ago they were 4.75$ the doughnuts are just ok. You can tell when they are yesterdays or even the day before. They crumble apart. Besides that we did find that going to winchells Doughnuts was much less expensive and better.“

“We found this place while driving around LA on a trip. As fans of Trejo, we had to stop. Being from the East Coast and not being fans of the typical strong-tasting dark roasts served at West Coast coffee shops, we didn't expect to love the coffee! We ended up stopping in 3 mornings over our 6 nights in LA because those donuts and the medium roast drip coffee are THAT good! On our first visit, a tray of red velvet donuts came out as we were ordering. OMG, one of the best donuts we'd ever had! Definitely stop by. As fun as it was to take pictures of the decor and Trejo's face on everything, their products are damn delicious!“

When they make those breakfast sandwiches they make them with their own homemade and incredibly buttery croissants. One of the secret things that are not on the menu that I also recommend is their veggie sandwich comes with fresh avocado, red onions, large red tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos mayonnaise and they're very awesome and homemade secret salad dressing. They also sprinkle on Taiwanese pepper.
