“The employees are very well mannered here. They are always so friendly and courteous. It makes you feel that you are very special and important. I actually enjoy leaving them tips. They make my day. I've been drinking more coffee lately, not because I love coffee (I always get the small latte) but because their wonderful attitudes start my day with hope for society.“
“As might be expected in South Pasadena, this Starbucks is expert managed. Nonetheless, the team members are genuinely friendly and helpful. And don’t miss a chance to sit on the awesome patio and watch the world go by. Great spot for conversation and people watching.“
“I always pass by Starbucks, and I finally pass by. I love to see people sit and read or do homework. It always feels alive. I don't like that some Starbucks are taking out the chairs. The ones with no drive thru have kept them so far. So this one will keep 5 stars.“
