“So many options, amazing service, kind staff, tons of parking, and it’s right next to an awesome grocery store and a new modern library and rec center? What’s not to love? The pancakes are also so chewy, I have never had something like it. I love it. The gravy for their country fried chicken is not heavy. I also love the aesthetic here. I grew up in San Francisco, and everything now feels super modern, but this spot really reminds me of my childhood. I also spent a lot of time nearby in Millbrae since my other parent lived there for a bit, so it feels extra nostalgic. I can’t believe I haven’t been here all my life and I am in my 20s! Will be coming back a lot.“

“We hadn’t reserved but experienced very friendly acknowledgment Food was fresh and very delicious. Service was TOP with friendly staff. Waiting time upon ordering was 15 minutes.
I would have liked to experience the breakfast/brunch but was finished by 12pm. So we had beef burger with mushrooms and bacon. It was YUMMY!“

“I've been staying and working in South San Francisco this week without a car. Have dined there for lunch 2 days in a row now, and both days I also brought back dinner to my hotel for the evening. Everything has been delicious with fresh ingredients. Really creative and elevated offerings for a quick service restaurant. The salmon was especially amazing! I had 2 really dismal experiences earlier in the week with Doordash and only wish I had tried Foundry & Lux sooner. I'll be back tomorrow before heading back home on Saturday 😀“

“A stellar neighborhood deli serving a wide variety of sandwiches with excellent breads and ingredients. Their current hours are a bit limited, especially for the kitchen/grill half of the menu, but hopefully those expand in the future.

The meatloaf sandwich was exceptional, but I do recommend choosing a softer crust bread than the sourdough roll, as biting through it tended to smush the meatloaf out the side. Not that the roll was in any way had - it was excellent - but just not a great pairing for the meatloaf.“

“The service was excellent. The waitress, Lulu was very attentive to our needs. On top of that the food was great. I had an Esmeralda which is a spicy dish with three scrambled eggs, cream cheese, jalapeños, and avocado inside a flour tortilla topped with green sauce.“

“Oh my goodness. Such a gem in the rough. Amazing food in the middle of an industrial area. I'm an old fat white guy, and the meal defeated me. For the first time in a long time, I needed a doggy bag. The Shawarma were delicious as were the pickled veggies and cole slaw. The Arabic coffee was to die for. So rich and thick!“
