“This is a Cloud Kitchen. You order online or in their touchscreen kiosk and wait for your food. It's cook to order. Tried their Mexican food Palmita. They have practically most cuisine Chinese Korean Japanese Indian Mexican Cajun American Mediterranean Italian hope I didn't miss other cuisine. I tried the Mexican first. Will be back for the other cuisine“

Instead of pre-made salad, they have a build-your-own station where you can customize the salad to your liking (which I prefer). Definitely satisfied with my salad.
