Guapas is so good!! The location is great too. Very posh feeling area. Got crunch wrap, churros, and Elote! All which hit just right. It says Grand Opening but feels like they’ve been doing things for some while now. the churros were so soft really love this place! Definitely wanna be back.
I came for an afternoon snack and ordered the churros and chips and guacamole. Churro fries 3.5/5 - slightly warm but not prepared fresh to order so it was definitely not as good as could've been but passable as they were crispy and light. Comes with a side of dulce de leche. First time trying this place and the nachos were delicious. I love that you can add as many toppings as you'll like including guacamole. Definitely add the pineapple as well! Will be back to try the other options including the bowls and burrito. Service was quick on a Saturday and the environment was clean and modern. Parking is readily available inside the parking structure or near the sides of the building.
