“Best bagels in Orange county. Great quality, great people. Dog friendly patio. Usually a line during busy times, but worth the wait. Get there before 10am. They are expanding soon! Bagel sandwiches, open face bagels, and bagels with jam options. Good OJ and coffee too.“

“Delicious, fresh, soft bagels! This place is a must try if you’re looking for fresh bagels. I come here all the time to get a half dozen. They have many flavors, Asiago, jalapeño, everything, garlic, sun dried tomato, sourdough, blueberry, wheat, poppy, coconut; and so many more. They also have tubs of cream cheese you can buy, I tried the chive & onion cream cheese and the Lox (smoked salmon) cream cheese, both SO good!
Once you try these, you can’t go back to store-bought bagels.“

“The oven was down for the coffee shop. I usually go to so I was looking for a breakfast place that was no fuss and fairly quick and easy for me to just get something to eat. Something cross my mind to check out some bagels and I looked around and saw this location that seemed to fit what I was looking for. it’s a fairly quiet and seem to have younger people that come to this location. The girls that were working, there were very polite and very sweet and very helpful with what I was looking for. Considering I wasn’t sure what I wanted to eat, they were very helpful with me. I ended up ordering the veggie breakfast bagel without sprouts and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. It was loaded with eggs and in this economy, I feel like I struck gold. I wish to take a photo, but I will definitely come back to order it again and maybe something else and take all the photos. If you’re in a mood for breakfast bagels, I recommend giving this place a shot!

I also left with a blueberry bagel and jalapeño and cheese bagel.

And as someone that stresses out a little bit if menus are a bit complicated or it’s hard for me to figure out what is what everything is clearly labeled, and I really appreciate the attention to detail to labeling the bagels on the display.“

“It’s definitely a local place since the staff know the majority of folks walking in the door, asking how are they doing? Their family, works, etc. it makes you warm and homey feeling. Easy parking and the place is clean and bright and spacious with both inside and outside seating. Plenty choices of bagels and morning cake (coffee cake). Plus variety of coffee and smoothies plus fresh squeezed juices. The bagel is soft and delish with great texture outside and toppings. The homemade cream spread is delicious and comes with varies choice of favor. Fantastic service overall. Will definitely comeback for more. Prices wise, decent & affordable.“

A few favorite items include toasted bagels with lox-flavored cream cheese, breakfast/omelette bagel sandwiches, and the Lox City bagel, which is perfect for hungrier mornings. “Great food and service but beware of the toilet runs you will get after you eat, totally worth it though, kids play place so they can hang out makes it even more fun, only bad thing is that the manager there named Joe will insult you if you throw away your food and don’t finish he was rather roof to me for throwing away the last part of my burrito 5 stars

“What a great hidden gem in Los Alamitos! I ordered an Americana bagel on jalapeño bread, a hot tea and an iced vanilla chai, everything was delicious. Plus they have ice nugget machine which I prefer instead of the big ice chunks for iced drinks!
The iced vanilla chai was SO good, much much better than its big corporation competitors. I will definitely come again. Both girls behind the counter were very kind and patient and gave me the WiFi password and gave me recommendations. They really made you feel at ease. What a delight to visit, I would certainly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for good prices, good food and yummy drinks!“

My personal favorite are the smoothies! I'm especially addicted to their horchata smoothy! You can get a smoothie and a donut for $6.50. Also, of you have a bunch of people to feed can get a big box of day old for $8! if available. I highly recommend this local spot.“

“We came in early on a Sunday morning for breakfast. There was a line, but the wait was not tlong. The employees were doing a great job roving everyone along, including online and delivery service orders.
The bagels tasted fresh, and the range juice was good. Everyone was friendly and had a smile, although it was the morning rush. The restaurant was clean and well stocked, except for a couple of tables where guests had just finished eating but failed to clean up behind themselves. We had the Farmhouse and the Skinny Avocado bacon Po tomato bagels. Both were very good. We also grabbed a giant chocolate chip cookie for later, and it was also very good and soft.I recommend this Bruegger's Bagels.“

“Pros: Went in for a quick breakfast bite, and the menu had so many options. I got the Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwinch! It was delish!
My Cashier had a problem ringing up a gift card for me so they went to get the manager. Manager was quick to figure out the problem and help me purchase the gift card. Excellent customer service!

Con: (& warning): the parking lot is very small for all the businesses that are within this shopping center. We had to park several rows over in front of Sprouts.“

My bagel sandwich was really delicious, I don’t even know what made it so good, actually I do think it’s bagel itself like the bread was so pillowy and good. It also had onions and tomatoes which I think also added to the deliciousness. If I ever am back in the area I would definitely return and get the exact same thing. “I got a vanilla iced coffee, a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry jelly, and a croissant (all of it was so good). I don’t know if this is usual but each food item came with 2 donut holes. Even though the flavored cream cheese is a jelly rather than a spread it works really well with the bagel. All the workers were so kind, especially the woman. She was just so motherly that I wanted to stay to eat in there but unfortunately I had somewhere to be.“

The lady gave me lots of donuts; unfortunately, those were overnight ones. I am not complaining about the quantity or price, but the quality of the food.

I know this is what it is supposed to be, but lots of places that I have gone all provide me with the freshly-made one.“

“I have been coming to Grounds Bakery & Cafe since the day they opened. They have some of the best fresh breads and pastries. Such a massive selection. My favorite are the sandwiches. Honestly the best tuna sandwich in the world. And literally, I mean the world- I have tried them everywhere. And their is not single place other then grounds that gets them right and perfect.
