“The atmosphere is this place is awesome. The seating is also pretty cool as you can eat upstairs where you can overlook at the water. The service was great too! The food was a solid as well. I got the winger which is like their classic burger and the waste em all. The winger was a decent burger and I would say the bun steals the show as it is perfectly toasted. The waste em all was a decent burger but the green chilis overtake the flavor of the burger. Overall, this place was great and I would definitely come back for the vibes and to try different burgers.“

“I stopped by after many years and I am so glad I did. The quality of the food truly impressed me. The barbecued pulled pork sandwich was incredibly tender and packed with rich, satisfying flavor. I also enjoyed a perfectly balanced Amaretto Sour that complemented the meal beautifully. The potato salad was fresh and delicious, adding the perfect touch to the plate. Everything tasted wonderful and made the visit completely worth it. A solid five star experience.“

“Yummy 😋 first time ever, in the heart of 2nd Street and I can't believe I've never been here. I havent eaten beef in a decade, unsure but had a taste for it today. 🤩 We shared all the goodness, short rib pizzzzzzza, BBQ scrumptious and so juicy burger, along with the poke tostada, which was piled high with aoli and fresh tartar.

The staff sets this place apart, all are welcoming, inviting and make you feel like your neighbors, including recommendations that melt in your mouth. Had to get a piece of swag memorabilia ie; truckers hat.....so much gratitude. They always say it's not just the food, yet who was a part of the taste test that matters.......highly recommended, scrumptious and delicious 😋“

“A hidden gem found by accident as I stayed in the Doubletree by Hilton nearby. Excellent beef dish with sprouts and tried for the first time silkworm pulpo soup which was better than I expected once I got over the idea and look of it. Some drunk noisy obnoxious patrons to be expected but otherwise had a great meal in a small mom and pop Korean resto. Will definitely come back and try other dishes. The waitress was also very nice and although she could not speak very well English she was very polite, nice and attentive.“

“The service was great and the staff was friendly. The band that played was awesome (Muffler). The food was good, and the prices were fair. However the big screen TV's could use an upgrade. It would not be my first choice to go watch a game as the TV's were old and the picture quality was pretty bad. If they upgrade the TV's I would upgrade my rating.“

“This is my new favorite spot! Dropped by after Disneyland they have 2 pool tables and pool was even free til 5 so we got 2 games in free. Drinks were reasonably priced and food was just unreal. Can't wait to come back again next time we're in town.“

“Good cozy tavern bar. Small place, good spot to stop on your bar hopping day. The food is too expensive tho. The turkey sandwich was dry and the fries were over cooked and too salty.

If it gets really busy it can be hard for the solo bartender to get back around to you. Over all go check it out.“

“I came here for my first time on Valentine's Day as I've just moved to the area 6 weeks ago. Well, I was looking for a good espresso martini and this place did not disappoint. Really good espresso martinis and the food that I ordered was so delicious! Great atmosphere and all around a good spot to chill. I'll be back because I found my spot to just chill and take it easy with really good service as well.“

“I have to admit that my expectations were not high. Look, it's a base facility and I've been on a few over the years. But I ordered the plank steak, which was called something like, Special Forces something or other, and I'm sorry for not remembering. Anyway, the steak was really, really, thick and very flavorful. It was really tender too. I have to admit I was blown away. I honestly don't know about their consistency to serve it the same way all the time, but wow, it was really good and the price was also excellent. The only thing I wish they would of offered would of been a baked potato, because although you do get two sides, other than the veggies, I wasn't really sold on the others. Would I eat there again?...yes!“

“I rated this based on typical bar food. It’s better than most. Nachos are really good, hamburger also good. Fish and chips too. It’s not usually crowded. They have a pool table and darts. Tons of TVs but a nice assortment of sports. Last time we were there they had basketball but also golf and figure skating. And best of all, it’s not expensive compared to most places in the area.

Vegetarian options: Not a ton of options but there’s nachos, fish and chips (if you eat fish) and probably a few others.“

From the moment we walked in, it was an inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel welcomed to pony up and get hydrated which Jasmine (bartender) made sure we were and with such kindness. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had a great time. We visit this area often and even though this was our 1st time, we'll be making more trips soon and plan on hitting Hennessy's...next time for food too...it looks amazing!!“

Parking: There are good number of spots in front of the location and then there is a huge shared parking lot with home Depot and del Taco that isn't being used by the other businesses later in the night and is never full in the day anyway.“

“Love love love. Owners are super nice, prices are reasonable. I love everything I’ve ordered. I eat almost every daily special, except for Friday’s fish taco special because I don’t like fish. Otherwise, I’ve had so many of their menu items and even some of there specialty foods they randomly make in small batches that they sell as ready-to-go (like their homemade potato salad). Love it!!!

Vegetarian options: They have options like their garden burger, potato salad, regular fries and onion rings. There may be more options but those are the ones I know.

Parking: Parking lot is paid, but if you get free monthly parking because you work in the buildings next door then it’s great, because there is plenty of parking, it’s just a bit confusing.
Entry and exit are one-way. When you enter you go only through the C & D sections, & you have to keep turning left to keep going up the levels. If you ever turn right on any level toward the exit sign you’ll be forced to keep going through the A & B sections downward until you exit and have to start over.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the ground floor right by the parking lot. It looks like there should be no issue for wheelchair users to access. No ramp necessary for entry as there are no steps.“

“Great Ribeye! Slightly crispy on the outside and juicy throughout. Also had their homemade Apple Cider Sorbet which was so delicious!We sat in the booths so it was a very classy, cozy atmosphere. Great for taking the parents or in-laws out for a special occasion or just for a nice piece of steak.“

“We stayed at the Hilton in Costa Mesa and had coupons for complimentary Continental breakfast 2 mornings. The first morning we upgraded to hot buffet breakfast that included scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, oatmeal. The eggs were powered, the sausage tasted like cardboard and bacon was so-so. The oatmeal was homemade and was good! This breakfast cost $18.00 + tax. The second morning we ordered off the menu and was better choices getting fresh cooked food. My wife had omelet with hash browns and toast and I had eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and tomato slice and coffee. We both enjoyed these menu options!“

“If you golf this is a classic example of a hidden gem, old school simplicity. Nice place to relax after a round or after the driving range, Not too busy and they are trying to bring in more people by having live music. Nice alternative to have a simple meal if you live in the area.“

“My son and I dined here for breakfast. We both had the American breakfast, eggs, bacon and toast. The eggs were good, mine over easy and my son liked his scrambled. The toast was good as were the potatoes. The OJ was also good. We enjoyed it so much we both had the same breakfast the second day.“

“I came here earlier afternoonish for food, had the salmon, it was cooked an seasoned really well compared to similar kinds of locations. The bartender was a rockstar, he was waiting on everyone an the bar with drinks an food, there was a big group of guys an he was on top of refilling off an their drinks and checking closing out all the non drinkers in the restaurant area. No entertainment so I can’t speak on that. But would try it again if I’m traveling an visiting the area again .“

“Went for the first time last night as we are visiting from Las Vegas. We absolutely loved it. The service from both the servers and owner were subpar. The food and drinks were to die for, especially the food. We got to enjoy karaoke singing from the other patrons. The owner was extremely accommodating towards my service dog. He had a few questions which is normal but he said he had never had one in his establishment before us. Will definitely be back when we are in town ?? Lots of love from us!
