“TMTC catered my event 2/25/24. The response and customer service from when reached out to when they came onsite was above and beyond. They answered every question and were very accommodating and kind when I had changes to be made to my menu. Over the phone/online service was always friendly. I had a lot of changes with my menu requests and guest count and every time I reached out to make those changes they never made me feel like I was asking too much. The food was great. “Tacos Zapata Catered our 11th Annual Holiday Party for our Staff and Professionals. They showed up early and on time. The Zapata staff were very kind and welcoming. They were such a great addition to our party. The set up was clean, and the tacos were absolutely delicious! Mouth watering. “It was recommended and was my first time trying this place. No regrets! Food - I ordered a grilled cheese bowl. It comes with 4 pieces of grilled sliced cheese, two types of seasoned rice, hummus and salad. It was a perfect size for me. Salad was crunchy, everything tasted freshly prepared and delicious! Service - I can't ask better! I received friendly, welcoming and perfect service! I'm so glad that I tried this place out. I'll definitely come back again and this place is highly recommended to everyone. There are 2 other locations as well, just to mention. It's really worth trying, if you haven't tried yet.“

“We hired Taylor Made Cuisine to cater our Board Meeting and they did an amazing job! They got back to me very quickly with a quote and provided an abundance of options to choose from. They communicated with me very quickly and they were super friendly! They were very flexible in making changes to the quote, before the deadline. “I found Moonwood Coffee in the same shopping center of a coin shop that is awesome to visit. I ended up wanting a treat and some coffee, so I walked over. The storefront has a bit of an awkward entrance away from the other business doors...but keep walking to find it because this spot is totally amazing! I ordered a cedar cinnamon iced latte and the espresso was absolutely perfectly paired with the cinnamon and brown sugar flavors. They enhanced each other perfectly and my husband who doesn't even like coffee or espresso very much was also addicted. We tried a cinnamon roll, which had this flaky dough and well balanced frosting that was not overly sweet. I was in love with that. We also tried an almond bear claw, which I thought was just ok but my husband loved it even more than the cinnamon roll. There were tons of other treats here as this is also a bakery and they do catering! I would highly recommended checking it out. The decor was also really cute and service was perfect. Just be aware the shop is small and there is minimal spots to sit and enjoy inside or on the patio, so plan on taking the treats to go ideally!“

I received the highest level of feedback from my guests regarding the food (lobster noodles and crab soup was delicious) and the drinks (specialty cocktails). Matt's incredible MC and DJ's skills also did not go unnoticed. Several guests noted his positive energy and warm personality really added to the event. “My husband and I had our wedding at Hangar 21 South - a Jay's Catering venue and the food was phenomenal! Their menu selection is quite wide. They have different menu's to cater for different flavors such as a Latin, American, etc. And they do either plated or buffet style!We did buffet style and did their American BBQ wedding. For the appetizers we did mini corn dogs and gorgonzola and caramelized onion bruschetta. For our entrees we did BBQ chicken, beef brisket and a tri-tip carvery, and for the accompaniments we did mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, cesar salad and corn bread with honey butter. The tri-tip carvery was really nice because someone was hand carving tri-tip. Our wedding was almost 3 weeks ago and people are still talking about how good the food was!The bar was also of course a hit! The bar package we chose has the bar open from cocktail hour to an hour before the event ends and although our guests didn't pay for their drinks it wasn't technically "unlimited" because they could run out of certain things. But nonetheless, they ask you in advance if there are certain drinks you would need to have heavier stocked if you know your guests have a preference. And their signature drinks are delicious too! They offer tastings at part of the package, I suggest going to them!Working with outside vendors - I highly suggest selecting from their list of preferred vendors when looking into wedding coordinators, dance floors and lighting and stuff. These are companies that have worked with their venue before and will know what they're doing for set up :) We did want to use a different lighting company but they said for liability purposes, they couldn't use lighting companies they weren't already contracted with. :( It ended up working out though because we ended up doing very simple lighting and it came out amazing. For wedding coordinators, I highly suggest Heidi Hou with The Fete Collective. She has an incredible team and they go above and beyond to execute your day. My husband and I felt so taken care of. We felt like we didn't even have to think because she handled absolutely everything, and STILL made sure we had drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour while we were taking pictures, AND had food waiting for us at our table. She is amazing at what she does, and you can tell she loves it.Our event coordinator, Casey, was amazing! She was very responsive to all our questions. And after our venue visit, they drafted a contract to show how much the grand total would be with the details we chose according to our headcount so we wouldn't be blindsided by pricing. They give you a complimentary 2 week soft hold while you make your decision and Casey made herself available during this time to answer all questions and make any additional changes for me. She responded very quickly and she kept me on track for all my deadlines. I highly suggest working with her :)“

“Okay Stacey exceeded all expectations with her charcuterie cups for our event She really is so talented and has an eye to make things that are both beautiful and delicious. People were so sad to even dive in because they were so pretty! Not only were the cups hand crafted and unique with items like sealed crackers, honey sticks, etc, she even included darling pearls and baby's breath for decor that just sent it over the top! Definitely check her out for any of your entertaining needs. She can do anything from single serve cups to GIANT grazing boards. She will customize it to your liking if you tell her what you like/don't like and she even does fun BRUNCH boards!! Can't wait for our next event!!!“

“My company hosted lunch and I had the chicken fajitas with rice and beans, and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The chicken was well cooked and soft to the bite. The fajitas were marinated and gave the meal a nice crunch. The red sauce included paired nicely with everything. The chocolate chip cookies were served warm. “I'm not sure I can add anything to the already amazing reviews below, but I'll sure try! I had a group of 30 people coming from out of town that needed dinner every night for a week straight, and finding a caterer that could provide different meals each night for that number of people was a challenge. When I found Melrose Catering online and reached out, Stephen was very quick to respond and provide me with a large amount of options for each night. Through working with him and his team, we were able to curate a vastly unique menu for each night while also catering to a few gluten-free and vegetarian members of my group. Throughout the week, some of the items we had for dinner were: orange ginger salmon, fried chicken & waffles, korean short ribs, chicken empanadas, paella, flat iron steaks, salmon picatta, and tri-tip. NONE of these items disappointed in the slightest! There was not any food item all week that anybody disliked, and nobody had a single bad word to say. To the contrary, everyone in my group (myself included) was incredibly impressed by dinner every single night. I was expecting to not enjoy at least one side or dessert item, but there was truly nothing even mediocre the entire week. Each item, whether it was a main dish, side/appetizer, or dessert, was full of flavor, served very hot, and cooked perfectly! In terms of communication, Stephen and his team made us feel like we were the only group that mattered, although I know they had different orders during our week of catering. Stephen responded to my (very many) texts/emails/calls incredibly quickly, and delivery was perfectly executed every night. Overall, I could not recommend Melrose Catering any more for whichever event you may have!“

“We booked AAC for our wedding on 11/11/23 as the exclusive caterer offered by Fete the Venue. We had our tasting with them and they gave us multiple choices to try from and they were full portions! We were so full after and everything was delicious.We were VERY happy with ACC on our wedding day, the food was great and the presentation was beautiful. Even when they cut our cake for us it was so neatly placed. My husband and I did not have to get up at any point for food or beverages. A member of their team got us food right away and brought it to our table and would periodically come back to see if we needed seconds or anything to drink. We really appreciated her! We actually got to eat at our wedding! Haha! We did have peace of mind knowing they would accomplish our requests because they work so closely with the venue. So any special requests seemed to flow with ease. Also with booking with them through the venue, they did not charge a service fee. Side Note: We did ask if we would be able to take any leftovers home after the wedding but they said no for health safety reasons.I took away a star because there were a few things we did not find easy when working with AAC. The cooks and waiters were superb but management was where they dropped a few balls. After we booked them I had a hard time getting a response back from them. I even had to have Sarah, the sales manager from Fete the Venue reach out to them to get us some type of response. Lastly we needed to switch our method of payment for one of our scheduled payments, and we provided them with the updated payment with plenty of time, and received a confirmation of the update. Yet on the day of the payment, the wrong form of payment was still processed. When I reached out to see what happened, I was again, left with no response.When writing this review I had to decide the star rating. I did this based off outweighing 1 of 2 things:#1 The long 2 years I had to deal with not being able to have good communication with this company, and #2 having exactly what we asked for on our wedding day.With that being said, I gave them 4 stars because they were not the worst to work with and they did execute the day with flying colors, and our guests and us loved the food and service.“

“Having gone to one too many weddings where I was not fed enough and/or not served tasty food, and then having heard my aunties and uncles complain for years about the food after the wedding left me scared for our wedding...I did not want the reputation of throwing THAT kind of party. But Furiwa made our lives easy! They were the caterer of choice for two other weddings for both my older brother and my husband's younger sister's wedding. We knew we wanted to keep the tradition of having them cater our wedding too and we were 1000% happy with the decision. Our guests were equally satisfied, the fried sui mai were a fan favorite with so many of our guests asking about it post-wedding and are now buying to-go from Furiwa on the weekends just to re-live that tasty goodness. From the start, Victoria and Tiffany were both great to work with. We considered both off-site catering (partnering with Victoria) and having our wedding at The Villa (partnering with Tiffany). We decided to go with an off-site option, but either way, both of them were professional, kind, patient, and great at communicating. We really appreciated all the tips and pointers along the way too. We cannot recommend Furiwa enough, you should for sure book with them!“

“I was in town for a couple of nights and had the pleasure of going here for dinner. Lovely atmosphere with friendly and attentive wait staff. It was a Sunday evening, so it wasn't terribly busy. There was only about a 20 minute wait or so, and it went faster than that.The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate. Each meal comes with salad and dessert treat (either a scoop of spumoni or vanilla ice cream) with the largest decision being what kind of pasta and sauces you want. There are a few things outside of just spaghetti to get, like fettuccine, lasagna, etc. but the simplicity of the menu is a strength and it all fits on one page. This isn't the Cheesecake Factory.I had the salad with balsamic vinaigrette, spaghetti with meat sauce, and some spumoni. Each is served separately as courses with a small loaf of freshly warmed bread to share at the table. It was delightful. Coupled with a Black Manhattan (one of a number of classic cocktails they offer), and it was simply a well thought out meal that satisfied, not stuffed.The portions of food seemed to be intentionally aiming to be "just enough," as opposed to a massive plate full of food you have to pack up with you for later. The salads and soups were enough to whet the appetites, there was a very manageable amount of pasta for the main course (no one felt the need to save some for later) and the single (generous) scoop does a lot to polish the meal off nicely.A wonderful experience all around.
