“I came to this plaza today because I had to take a class over the weekend here and I'm happy I was stumbled upon this pretty sweet Thai spot. The atmosphere was chill and the service was pretty friendly. I got the khao soi chicken and it was quite tasty, tender chicken, thick noodles and crispy noodles, what's not to love. I was almost tempted to order some rice to soak up more of that awesome gravy. If I was in the area I would come back again.“

I went with some friends and we shared an order of the Pad Thai noodles with chicken, house fried rice with tofu, and yellow curry with chicken and potatoes. The food overall was decent and satisfying. The Pad Thai had a nice, slightly sweet flavor and was cooked just right—classic comfort food with tender pieces of chicken mixed in. The fried rice with tofu was simple but tasty, with a good texture and well-balanced seasoning that didn’t overpower. The yellow curry was creamy and mild, featuring long pieces of chicken and potatoes that soaked up the rich coconut flavor nicely. The chicken was tender the potatoes were very firm.

“Tried Thai 7 Bistro for the first time and loved it!! My wife and I ordered take out and enjoyed each dish. The Chicken Pad Thai was right there with my favorite pad Thai dishes I’ve had. The flavor was on point with juicy chicken, peanuts, and lime. We also ordered the yellow curry with tofu. Their yellow curry had a great depth of flavor with the creaminess of the coconut milk and a nice mild curry flavor. To top it off I got the Thai iced tea, always a great drink! “First time going here. I got the Beef Drunken Noodle and the Seafood Tom Yum Soup. When I tell you both dishes had so much flavor and they give you big portions. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing. The waiters were very kind and very attentive. The place was decorated in Halloween decorations, so cute. I loved everything about this place. “Thai food in this neighborhood have all fallen for some reason, and I thank this place for opening to pick up where they lack. I think it's great they came into a location that has very mediocre Thai restaurants around with decent ambiance but low quality food. Instead of focusing on a dine in experience, this place is all about delicious Thai take out.
The drunken pad noodles and spaghetti are great and Thai level spicy.
The pineapple fried rice is also delicious.

“Tried this place for the first time and had a great Lunh. I ordered the Yellow Curry with Chicken lunch special that comes with salad and white rice. My husband had the Kra Pao with chicken special. They were able to make both dishes with varied spice levels. They came out just right. Service was also quick and very courteous. Will come back for sure. The only thing I wish they had more comfortable seating.“

“This restaurant is so clean and the service is great! We came here tonight (Thursday night). Thought we were yhe only people dining in the restaurant, they had so much foot traffic for pick up orders.
Let me tell you, the food was DELICIOUS. The flavors were bold, on point, and authentic. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal,and so did my family. We even ordered 2 more dinner dishes for take out after our meal since we liked it so much.
Best part of all is that this restaurant is EXTREMELY affordable. If they keep their prices right where it's at, we will definitely be regulars here!!!

Kid-friendliness: Good place for the kids“

“What a pleasant surprise to find this little place tucked in the Santa Ana/Tustin area on Glassell and Fairhaven in the Big Lots shopping strip. Bangkok Taste is small eatery, would probably seat about 30 people but the flavors are pretty big. We didn't have a large supper because we were on our way to a party where there would be more food. But we couldn't eat at the party because we were so full from a plate each pad see ew pork and chicken, angel wings, massaman curry, rice and mango sticky rice to finish it off. What a feast! Plenty leftover for today's lunch. The only thing we didn't finish was the mango sticky rice. The coconut milk was a bit watery, almost no flavor which was a contrast to the absolutely heavenly coconut massaman curry. We don't live in the area but we visit a few times a month so we'll be back and take our time. Friendly and prompt service, great first experience, clean tables and chairs. Loved it!

Parking: It's a strip mall and they're three doors down from Big Lots so there's plenty of parking if you can't find anything directly in front of the eatery.“

“Great choice if you're leaving Disneyland and want to grab dinner before heading back to LA. This is right on Ball Rd about 4 miles from Disney. It's a quiet low key spot with friendly staff. We ate there. I got the Panang Tofu Curry with a side of rice. It was substantial and pretty tasty with a lot of tofu in it. There was also pieces of pineapple in it. Order rice on the side because it doesn't come with rice. My friend got Cashew Nut Chicken with side of rice. He was very satisfied with it .Total for both of us was like $38 including a soda. They have 1 bathroom in back . Lots of parking out front.“

We had 4 dishes... Hanuman's ceviche, Tom Kha Gai, Massaman, Pad See Ew and a nice glass of Malbec. My favorites were the ceviche and Massaman. But everything was so good. Hubs liked everything. There was literally no wait at 3 pm but come soon... Once word gets out this place will have a 45 min wait just like the mother location on Bristol.“

“Fast pace restaurant! Eager waiter took our order and within minutes delivered piping hot, steaming delicious Thai dishes. Tasty, spicy, steamy, crunchy succulent morsels on every bite. Pomegranate margaritas and Sangria complimented the savory entries to the last bite. Very friendly staff, eager to please each customer. Mom & Pop shops are always the best. “Lived in Thailand and am picky re Thai food. This small family diner has very good and well-priced Thai food vs other nearby more upscale Thai restaurants and the Anaheim Packing House. Green curry and Pad Thai very tasty (medium spicy for me was plenty zip!). Lunch pricing specials. Dishes come with salad, spring roll, delicious brown rice (mine never tastes as good at home) and sauces. Never mind no alcohol served, it's all about the food. And don't forget the coconut ice cream, not store- bought, with coconut bits and peanuts ( decline the peanuts if you're allergic, NBD). Worth the trip! The interior of this place is also really sweet. I had the Red Curry with Tofu and loved it. Their Thai Tea is also amazing & so is the Mango Sticky Rice in my opinion.

“I absolutely love their sticky rice with coconut sauce and mangoes. There aren't many restaurants around here that they offer this dish and even fewer restaurants that make it delicious, so I love coming to Kanok because theirs is always yummy.
Although I have noticed when ordering take out, I have to remind them to put the coconut sauce in it because on a few occasions they've forgotten it. That’s what makes the dish so good. Also, on a couple rare occasions their mangoes have not been fresh, but that’s rare, and it’s a seasonal dish.
Luckily I always keep a couple of fresh mangoes at home so whenever that happens I just cut my own. I know you are paying $12-$14 for a small serving, and they should make sure it's all fresh and everything is there, but we're all human and therefore imperfect by default!
Also their crunchy fried garden spring rolls are supper yummy, as are the Crab Rangoon’s. I don't usually like garden spring rolls but their garden rolls are simply delicious!!“

Thai is my favorite cuisine, but as we were not too hungry on a Sunday evening we decided to do something light instead of full meal. We ordered the veg Tom Yum soup which was a large dish and good for more than two people. Hence stayed with one starter each - egg rolls and chicken satay.
