Burger King offers hot and fresh food, with compliments towards their chicken nuggets and fries. The restaurant has a new, pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. They provide wheelchair and mobility scooter accessibility. Customers note that the service can be slow, and there have been issues with online orders, such as items being out of stock or replaced without adjusting the price. Despite these problems, many find that Burger King beats nearby McDonald's, with fewer order issues and shorter wait times. The BK app helps resolve problems quickly, and the manager is described as kind and hardworking. The restaurant also offers good deals through weekly mail coupons and their online app.
