“Went to this place for first time in many years. Absolutely loved food and service! Tara, the waitress was knowledgeable about all food and suggested a great wine. I had the salmon and it was best i had in long time! Husband had calamari strip and they were delicious. Even though she was only waitress and it was a bit full...Tara gave us excellent service. “Great little place! The Bartender was great she would ask everyone's name when they walk and address you as that and had great conversation with everyone. Their long island iced tea is great! And everyone seemed to be in a really chill mood! Coming back sometime“
“Shirley's is indeed open again. It's a bit out of the way, but it's well worth the drive. Shirley's Tavern has a lot of character -- and the main character is Shirley herself, who, at the age of 94, has a lot of fascinating stories to tell about life in this hidden corner of central California, where she's lived for about 70 of those 94 years. Lots of historical memorabilia on the walls, beer is cheap, peanuts are free, and they've got pop and chips and water for anyone not old enough for beer. I visited today, had a $4 bottle of Fat Tire, visited with Shirley for a while, and then bought a can of pop for a $1 for the road. She is happy to be open again after having to close for 22 months, and she hopes her regulars will find their way back again. Open Wed-Sun, 11am-5pm.“
“We love Los Altos. My husband and some friends compare the food to other Mexican Restaurants in the area and they say it is much better/authentic. The waiters/waitress are always nice, but I think some times understaffed like most restaurants these days.“
“I was in the local area on business last week and walked over from a nearby hotel for Sunday brunch. Enjoyed the food and atmosphere so much, I returned twice more before I left. Cocktails were on point, and the service was extraordinary. I felt like a regular by the time I left. I highly recommend the pork chop and short ribs. Bangers and mash were so good I thought I was in the UK. Delicious!“

“We are locals and come here as often as we can. We had a great time on Saturday enjoying the fun ambiance after the veterans parade. The band was very good although a cover charge was a bit of a surprise but we paid it. It was our intent to have lunch and enjoy, and we did! The adjacent food truck has really stepped up his game, and I have to say everything I have ordered from him lately was excellent. Especially those perfectly seasoned fries !!! I highly recommend this has a great spot to taste some of the local wines and beer in a comfortable, beautiful setting and grab some food or snacks as well!!!“
“Everyone is friendly and the tv's are in HD. The DJ takes bribes of Jager but doesn't know anything about funk music or 80's new wave. The owner will feed you potatoes soaked in meat juice. The walls are purple and the lights are from Ikea.“
“Definitely a place to check out. This place has so many different events day in and day out. From Sing-along Sundays, to paint nights to so much more. They have a great selection of craft beers and wine. The owners are so accommodating and friendly, they make you feel like family. Often times they have a food truck outside for those who may want a bite to eat. It's located near the Suisun Marina so afterwards you can take a nice stroll around the marine. Check them out!“
