“Not bad at all. I've always noticed this restaurant but never went in till recently. One thing about the food industry is to never judge a restaurant by its location. The price was very decent and the food was fresh and delicious. Inside was clean and full of color. A good selection of beer, too. One thing I would add is they should mount a TV in the eating area when you first enter. Either than that I highly recommend this spot.“

“I must shout out the staff here - came through on a Friday night, ordered online, went through the drive through, got home and noticed one of the more expensive tacos was missing. Went back a little perturbed and walked in and let them know. They were apologetic and more than made up for it by adding 2 of those tacos on top of the one they missed with an extra sauce. Very kind and I appreciated their custome service skills very much! To Shay, Chris, and the shorter (possibly manager?) Fellow that had always has a cap on with a net for his hair that I can't remember his name - thank you, great job, and keep up the good work!! I hope this helps ya'll get recognized!“

“We got a few things today and they were all delicious! I got some carnitas tacos and the carnitas had a great flavor! My dad got the seafood cocktail and some Cabeza tacos and they were all fresh and delicious. The rice was a little lacking on flavor. But I understand you have to keep the sodium down for certain diet types.
We also got some cheese enchiladas to take home for my mom
And she said there were delicious too!!
Overall we would come again for sure!“

“I highly enjoy this delicious Mexican restaurant in downtown Fairfield! The complimentary chips and salsa are to die for. My favorite dish to order is the steak ranchero plate but the enchiladas are also divine. The servers are very nice and personable. Plenty of parking on the street. I will make this restaurant officially part of my regular rotation!“

Super nice, friendly older man behind the counter helped me pick an item when I told him it was my first time visiting; ordered the Birria Taco plate.
Food came quickly. Rice and beans were very good. Tacos looked absolutely mouth watering, but unfortunately were boring. The cheese was excellent, as was the tortillas, but the Birria meat was almost flavorless and the cup of dipping sauce was basically onion water. Maybe those air force folks can't take any heat, but I would at least expect a strong Birria flavor.
I really wanted to love this place as much as the locals, but maybe I'm too spoiled.
I'll be back and try the carne asada. Everything else but the meat was very good.“

“I was visiting from Texas and just happened to see this place from across the street. So glad we went in. Great service from amazing people. Food was excellent. Clean, clean, clean. We ordered the tacos, quesabirrias, and menudo. Tacos and Quesabirrias were great. Fresh ingredients ! I was skeptical about the menudo because everyone makes it different in Texas and it can have flavors you’re not ready for. Their menudo was great! Reminded me of my dad’s. Wish we had some of these in Texas.“

“My friend and I came here after a hard leg 🦵 day at Vacaville Strength Experience gym. The place wasn't busy until after we walked in. After getting home, my friend realized that the "breakfast menu" specifically said REFRIED BEANS & RICE come with it. My friend did notice the bag was light but was alarmed until it was too late. Also, notice that a lot of the sauce tipped over inside the plastic bag because the Styrofoam was not as surcure as it should have been. The food was VERY TASTY, but disappointing due to the amount we paid was not sufficient due to not getting what we ordered and the fact they weren't busy and knowing their menu and what comes with it. 2 stars out of 5 💜💜🖤🖤🖤“

The food was hot and fresh and some what flavorful, but lacked a distinct kick to it, I guess that is to appeal to a broader audience and just was well as they do offer Tapitio and Chalula on the tables in addition to the salsas

“We had a group of 8 college friends meet there on a Saturday afternoon for a mini reunion. None of us had ever eaten there before so it was a nice surprise to find this off-the-beaten path restaurant. While it is in a shopping center, they did have outdoor seating that turned out to be adequate for our group. The outdoor tables are round & right next to the parking lot; but we pushed 6 tables together & fortunately it was a quiet day at the shopping center, so the noise level was low. They have a large selection of dishes to be ordered for lunch or dinner. I had the albondigas soup & thought it was great. I don't believe anyone complained about their food. My husband ordered the skirt steak fajitas & liked it. The margaritas are huge, and while not heavy on the alcohol, were pleasant tasting. After the wind came up, we decided to move inside to their one large table that seats 8-9 people comfortably. We stayed there for a total of about 5 1/2 hours & never felt rushed to leave. Our waiter was very patient & accommodating for us, quite attentive (i.e., he never forgot about us sitting out there on the sidewalk by the parking lot), and gave really excellent service, which we rewarded quite handsomely. Overall, the food is good, they have a full bar inside & the service was excellent. I would definitely go there again!“

“Chepo's makes great tamales. I love ordering them for family get-togethers , housewarming parties, or just for a night off from cooking. You can order beans and rice to go as well. I've tried the chicken, pork, and chile n cheese varieties. They have plenty of meat and are great warm.or cold.“

Their taco spread was a hit with everyone. Guests enjoyed building their own tacos or opting for delicious nachos with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu included juicy asada, tender chicken, and flavorful shrimp, accompanied by four incredible salsas: green, red, pico de gallo, and a tomato-based salsa. “So… my honey and I accidentally came in when they were about five minutes from closing. We were gonna just leave, but they insisted on serving us even though they were putting everything away. They all smiled and told us it was more than OK to order and served us as if we were going to sit inside of the restaurant and have a meal.
