“We LOVE coming to Big Jim's! Great restaurant with delicious food! The service is unmatched, Hugo and Diana always help us when we come in and they are always on top of the service. All the servers are amazing. We recommend the avocado turkey melt, all the breakfast items, and definitely need to try the carrot cake for dessert! Hugo #1“

“Authentic Mexican cuisine 100%. I’ve been eating at this place for a couple years now and I gotta say, it’s the absolute best roasted chicken joint in San Fernando, hands down. This place has never disappointed me. I got the usual mix plate (half roasted chicken/ half steak) with a side of cold macaroni pasta and refried beans (frijoles puercos). Nothing else to say, I recommend this place 100%.“

“This place should be a 5 star. My wife and I come for breakfast mostly, the food and service are top par. (Our decision) we tip the waitress/waiter and also the floater that is constantly making sure you never run out of coffee or any other needs.
Today we can for lunch and man was it the best. We brought our young kids and they loved it.
We love the fresh food all the time, their prices are amazingly better than others, given this economy. Food is always well cooked and again FRESH.
Our favorite place.
We pay for awesome service, great food and clean environment.

“Wonderful food! But more importantly, wonderful customer service. Ordered through doordash (little late night snack) and no dasher accepted the order. I called the resturant, 5 minutes before closing assuming they would just cancel my order. Instead they said we will drop it off ourselves! Not only did they deliver within 15 minutes, the included a couple sodas as an apology. GREAT experience with them will definitely be ordering again!!!“
“This place is the kind of Italian restaurant you hope to find and rarely do. The ossobuco is exceptional. Slow-braised to the point where it barely holds together, rich without being heavy, and layered with deep, comforting flavor. The fried gnocchi are addictive: golden, crisp, and impossibly light. And the tiramisu? To die for! We will definitely be back.“

“This place doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is clean and the food is excellent. I highly recommend their burgers and breakfast burritos. Everything is cooked to order and made with care. The pastrami sandwich is solid, tons of meat and well flavored. Love this place!!“

“Food and service were wonderful. We went on a Monday night so there weren't that many people. Unfortunately there was only one server working so they had to handle everyone. But we still got our food and drinks served in a pretty timely manner. I'd definitely go back again!
