“Been wanting to try this place out being a burger afficianado and reading the reviews. It did not disappoint. I dont usually like to give to hipster spots in now gentrified areas they've invaded with attitudes they bring but, this place is a rule to that exception this time & their food is amazing here.
I went with the Goldburger (add+ Pastrami), Fries & Craft Soda (Ginger Ale).
Perfectly Juicy Burger without creating a soggy fall apart bun, which held its texture consistently thoughout and the juices did not overpower the flavorful meat, cheese & pastrami. The bun had a very nice clean taste and texture, a job well done they do here.
Restaurant, Tables, Floors, Sidewalk, Unisex Restroom very clean and didn't have any lame Pronoun Verbiage. Kitchen looked very clean.
Friendly, Helpful Staff want to please their guests. None seem lazy and they keep themselves busy with work.
DON'T FORGET TO TIP for their Service they earned.

“After seeing a suggestion in a FB group, decided to give this place a try at around 3pm on a Sunday. The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “Growing up in SoCal, burgers are a big part of life. Beyond In-N-Out, there are plenty of great local spots. I remember my neighbor’s burger joint — a highlight of block parties. Fast forward to high school, and Tip Top became a regular spot, especially since I had friends in the area. After all these years, the quality is still just as good. The charbroiled flavor, the creamy thousand island dressing, and those perfectly crispy hot fries — it’s a winning combo. I was nearly done, but a gym date was calling. I asked for a to-go box, and the guy looked a little disappointed. We both laughed and joked, “Skip the gym, finish the meal!“

“This place is really cool. My friend chose it, so I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival, I noticed they have "any gender" restrooms, which was a nice touch.

I ordered the California Lounge, which was a massive burger! I added a side of "half-and-half," combining onion rings and french fries. Although the fries were a bit soggy for my taste, I still enjoyed every bite.

I also had a Mexican Coke on ice, though it's not pictured. Overall, everything was great. I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the welcoming decor.“

“So delicious, my favorite place since today! I love the clean and organic ingredients and the very careful cooking preparation, giving it all so wonderful taste. The vegan burger patty is yummy. Just be aware that the bun has eggs in it, but you can ask for a lettuce wrap like I did. The fries are top of the top in LA, same as the wagyu beef burgers. Ate it all, loved it all, plus the staff is very nice.“

Favorite is Blue Chip Combo meal. Love the crew here. Always accommodating and patient with us. Makes our day happy and food is consistent. Burgers and breakfast delicious too.

Parking: Always busy but never disappointed with our food. Best to call in your orders ahead so they are ready by the time you get to intercom. Just tell them your name and your picking up your orders. Love the fried Zucchini and fries too.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have handicap parking in back with entrance too and ramp in front.“

Got to say the reviews are on point and the food is really good, we both got bacon cheeseburgers with fries which were cooked perfectly as well and on point.
