“I’ve been to this falafel spot many times on the recommendation of friends, and I’ve always sent others there. Until today, the service and food were exceptional—top quality every visit. However, today was different. There was a new cook wearing a white t-shirt and black hat, and my chicken shawarma was off. I got mostly cold veggies at first, and the chicken, when it came, was undercooked. Compared to my wife’s, it was missing that care and balance. Please have a sit-down conversation with the staff—this was not the standard I expect.“
