Amazing tendon and tripe pho! It’s honestly hard to find a Vietnamese restaurant that cleans and cooks these specialty meats perfectly, but they absolutely nail it here. Texture and flavor are both spot on.
If you want something incredibly hearty and filling, you need to get the combination short rib rice plate. The meat is tender, has a great marinade, and is grilled perfectly. It’s a meat lover's dream.
My absolute favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area by a mile. The food is always fresh, the pho broth is rich and layered with flavor, and the staff is genuinely wonderful and attentive to your needs.
