Service was really amazing, Viet was very tentative to our table and made sure we got all our dishes right away. It is a pirate theme til early November, seemed a little light on decor but we appreciated the theme drinks and tiki bowls!

Food:
Upcharge for bread is quite a bit imo but it is still delish.
Crudo both times on point.
Whipped feta is good but you better love it.
Definitely more a light bites type of place.

“It’s small, neat and clean place, which is located in downtown. We have took pistachio, hazelnut and mango sorbet. We like all three flavors. It’s creamy and flavorful. And we noticed it made with no artificial ingredients which was win win for us as we always mindful of the ingredients in the food. “Mala Town is hands down one of the best spots for Sichuan dry pot in Union City! You get to pick your own ingredients and spice level, and they stir-fry everything to perfection with that addictive numbing-spicy mala flavor. Portions are generous, perfect for sharing, and prices are fair for the quality.

The medium spice has a nice kick, but if you love heat, go for the higher levels—it’s legit spicy! Service is quick and friendly, and the restaurant has a clean, modern vibe. Definitely a go-to place if you’re craving bold flavors and want a fun, shareable meal.”

“I finally found the shawarma I was looking for! For more than a decade I have searched for doner kebabs that prepare meat like the ones they do in Paris (the way the Moroccans and Algerians make it). And these folks do wonderful shawarma / kebabs. We ordered beef gyro, chicken gyro and crispy chicken burger. All of the food was 5/5. We were greeted by a super kind gentlemen named Aziz who made us feel at home.

I totally recommend this place. Will come back to try their chapli kebab next time.”

“Their boba itself is good! Got their taro latte, but wasn’t a fan. It was very weirdly ‘too creamy’. I wouldn’t get anything with their extra rich milk in it - I love that it’s organic milk (which is why I wanted to try this place) but it was very heavy tasting. I’d be open to come back to try something else or just swap out the extra rich milk 🙃 Very cute flower wall decor!”

“Went here for the first time yesterday and it was a great experience. The waitress couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Tri Valley Bistro has both indoor and outdoor seating and good menu selection. We had the Salmon sandwiches and nice glass of wine. Both were great. I will be coming back again.”

“Ambiance - 5/5 Great experience wit unique decor, the dining area gives off the old street vibes for sure. When you walked in, immediately you are greeted with this nice Chinese decoration. Even their mugs are unique and give the old street vibes.

Food - 5/5 we ordered some skewers, malatang and tomato beef brisket noodle soup. I said their malatang is the best and the highlight here. We ordered the mild spicy Cheng Du soup base that comes with less soup and serve on a big platter. The broth is clean yet super flavorful, tasty with a good strong hint of spice. The heat level was just nice for us as we get to enjoy the broth without the numbing/burning hot effect.

Their fried tofu and quail eggs skewers are seasoned just nice and only complained is the portion is small as I was expecting more than 3pieces of tofu per skewers. But then again these are not the normal cold tofu (it's the better grade, chewy version).

We ended with their rice cake. It's so good and addictive. I couldn't stop eating and have to hold myself back to save the last piece for my family. It's crunchy on the outside but super light and airy inside (unlike most other rice cakes which are usually fairly dense) And very soft and chewy.

Service - 5/5 Very good, observant and attentive. They provided us with extra napkins without us having to ask for more.

“Atmosphere, good drinks (yes plural) and pleasant accommodating wait staff is what makes Posada one of my favorite high-end places to eat. The phenomenal sauces combined with items cooked perfectly make this one of (if not THE) best restaurant in Livermore. Latin meals are their wheel-house; no doubt, Full-stop. With that said, what’s not in their wheel-house are steaks. Don’t get me wrong here, preparation was unparalleled, quality of the meat was another. Quite sub-par for the price. Over all thought, a terrific place to go.”

“Delicious burgers with options to suit all tastes. They have beef, chicken, and veggie patties as well as some without Pakistani spices for picky eaters like my daughter. They also have loaded quesadillas with fries and their signature spicy sauce which are amazing. They also have a good variety of shakes. We’ve had the mango and the Oreo Never Boreo.”
