When they opened in 2019 and the pandemic struck shortly after they pivoted and did whatever they could to expand their business and didn't quit because they believed in their product and brand. Derek and Danielle have built such an amazing spot with so many loyal customers from their drive and determination. Which brings me to the main event- the mead. Derek has spent so much time on research and development honing his craft to deliver expert level meads and ciders over the years, and they just keep getting better. From the quality of ingredients to the dynamic blend of fruits and honey they just don't miss here. Best part is they have something for everyone. Meads and ciders ranging from dry and balanced to rich and sweet. I've been a happy returning customer, and golden hive member, for 4 years now and happily drive over an hour with my wife and kid to visit here frequently. If you've never had mead before I couldn't think of a better place to start, and if you have? Come on down to mead Mecca, you won't look back.“

“Wonderful brewery, friendly staff, fun community, great beer. Aftershock was a super pleasant surprise of a brewery to come across. They have a huge selection of different beer styles that they brew. It's a smaller tasting room but packed with personality. The Belgian Tripel, Hefeweizens, IPAs, and Stouts are amazing. The staff was super helpful and responsive when you wanted another. Very professional. The whole brewery and tasting room was well maintained. If you come to Temecula, it's worth your time to stop by.

There is a good amount of parking located out front, and if that fills up, there is plenty of street parking nearby. They have trivia every other Sunday. They also sell Crowlers and pre canned beer.

Additionally, they are very close to Old Town Temecula. So, if you get hungry, there is a thriving restaurant district right down the street!“

“Love this place! I visited Akash because it was dog friendly. It was also 6pm and most wineries are closed by then. Since that day we have gone often. The Hazy IPA is on point and refreshing. The Threes a Crowd wine is great on a hot day as it is slightly chilled. They had a taco stand and a desert cart that were very tasty. They are very well staffed and have a very open layout with multiple serving bars. Even though it was crowded on a Saturday, there was rarely a wait. The staff was so friendly to us and our puppy. Shout out to the host who was not a wine server but stopped to ask if I had been helped, and proceeded to take my order. You really feel taken care of here.For the DesignatedDriver's, they sell redbull and coffee! So smart!“
