“I hired Alfa Ice Cream for my husbands 60th birthday party. We had a food truck and for dessert an ice cream truck. It was so much fun. I dealt with Omar, he was very professional and accommodating. The day of the event, Bill was the one that came and took care of our guests. He was friendly, polite and helpful. He made great suggestions of items to try. Be sure to have the shaved ice, cherry and lime, Bills suggestion, oh my goodness, very yummy!!I would highly recommend this company if you have an upcoming event. “We finally got up on Sunday morning to try the bbq place. I drive by it everyday but it’s only open on Sunday at 8:00 AM and Friday nights.The carnitas are the best I’ve ever had, flavorful cooked perfect, not greasy but juicy, good balance of crisp and moist meat, we bought a plate overflowing with carnitas, the plate comes with yummy rice and, beans, and fragrant hot corn tortillas, and one pound of carnitas for lunches for work.Coke comes in the glass bottles it tasted great, they have tables and chairs with sun coverings,A great place to stop and buy 4-5 pounds of carnitas if you are entertaining or having family over it’s a great dinner. I’m sure it would freeze nicely as well.I hope they can add carne asada to their menu and churros.“
“Tacos Memo is the bomb! We asked Memo and Ruth to cater our 65 person birthday event Jan 2024 with their amazing Taco truck. They made our event so special. They are super sweet people who make outstanding food! They came to us with smiles as big as Texas and shared those smiles with all of our guests. Everyone raved about the quality of the tacos, quesadillas, cheeseburgers and the huge array of condiments too! The food was hot, yummy, and prompt. The drinks Horchata and Jamaica are a huge hit and oh my we added some it to some other drinks we had and people were in lines drooling over it all. The prices are VERY reasonable! The service is super FAST! Everyone needs to stop at Deportola and Anza Rds area because it's a super quick stop for amazing food! Please look for them around Old Town Temecula too for events!
