“The food here is seriously good and many local workers come in for food, especially at lunchtime. This place is the opposite of fancy, which gives it a certain charm. The folks are friendly and you get your food quickly. I ride my bike all the way out from Indio and use it as a biking destination because it is so good.“
“We were off-roading for Tierra Del Sol and needed real food. Not many options in Salton but luckily we turned off the highway to find Rancho 86z. We had a wonderful experience here. The steak was great and it was a great vibe with Mexican soccer on TV. Very kid friendly.“

“I loved this place. We were seated outside in this large pavilion area with fantastic lighting and greenery all around. Service was great and attentive, and my Sante Fe omelette was one of the better omelets that I have had in my life. Side of toast, potatoes, and perfect amount of spice. Menu was also extensive, my one complaint was not being able to try more items on the menu. Next time I go, I will definitely choose to go sweet, but it will be challenging not to go back to savory with the fantastic egg dishes! By the way, get the freshly squeezed orange juice.“

“OK, never having been to a polo match, this is a great place to watch from. The food was amazing and inexpensive, our server Raoul was a gem, he waited on all his tables as if they were the only tables he had. And the runners took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, including heat lamps - it was a little chilly that day. But the service was impeccable and it was fun to watch the polo players as you ate out on the patio. Highly recommend. Be aware that they don't open until 11am and it is first come, first serve. “TASTY! A MUST VISIT... I've been dying to try this restaurant within Fantasy Springs for a while now and I finally had the pleasure of visiting! The restaurant is clean, classy and has a warm feel to it. The staff are excellent, our waitress Wendy was so kind and attentive! The food came out to us quickly and was delicious. I noticed the Chicken Truffle Macaroni in bold letters on the menu and immediately had to try it! It's sooo good! The chicken was slightly dry but overall it was flavorful and the pasta was cooked to perfection The cheese sauce was gourmet and I'd recommend it to any pasta lover. The portion could be a bit bigger, but it was still satisfying! Just make sure you grab an appetizer. We have the hummus and pita in our party and two out of three hummus choices are pretty darn good. We needed more pita though, we only got a couple chips. This restaurant has Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean and more! The restaurant is pricey but casual.“
“We got there just before closing. I think they might have preferred that we go elsewhere, but politely made our food to go. Burger was very good. BLT had PICKLES on it which made it pretty weird and not as good as it could have been. They don't give a list of ingredients on their sandwiches, so a good idea to ask i guess. In 71 years, I've never had a BLT come with pickles, so never thought to ask.“

“I was more amazed with the service here than the food to be honest. All was good, but our server really made us happy with our visit. We had a server named Keri who really showed her appreciation for us and made sure we were taken care of after having to wait to be seated. We were in for lunch and she guided us through the menu and really helped us pick what was guided to our needs. Although they were busy, we were made sure we were taken care of.“
