“Food is great but wait staff is stretched thin and not attentive. Once you get their attention they are sufficient. Still plan to go back because there food is worth it! Might try sitting in the bar next time though.”

“That is a traditional place where you will find quality, if you want fancy rolls you are wrong. Its the best sushi I ever had and it was just rice and fish, nothing else needed”
“Delicious! Hot chicken and waffles salad and coffee was great too! Wish they offered dairy free cream and dessert options. Tortilla soup was wonderful but way too hot to eat. Even ate my whole salad first to allow it to cool. Maybe a wider shallow bowl?”

“We found this place just stopping for boba one time and came back for dinner. We had a delicious meal of drunken noodles and panang curry which was a total hit! One of the better panang curries I've had. I'm looking forward to trying hot pot next, never had it but the table next to us got some and it looked amazing! Super friendly staff and just a great addition to the community. They also have a robot!”
“Friendly family owned business. I work at St.Johns Pleasant Valley Hospital and they donated delicious meals for all the employees during the COVID crisis. I will always support them because of their kindness and thoughtfulness. Extra bonus is that the food is so delicious!”
“This restaurant surprised me, fun vibrant atmosphere suitable for adults... not for little kids. Full bar, experienced bartenders who have been working here for years. Food was delicious and well thought out. Parking was easy and plentiful.”

“This is our second great date night at the mighty axe and thanks to JT’s axe throwing tutorial, we managed to pretend that we were professionals when in reality, we are just lucky to hit the board. My wrists are messed up right now, so he was really helpful in helping me find a way to throw without causing pain. I early recommend this place and JT! Be back soon!”
“This place is beyond any restaurant I have ever been to. The owners are so sweet and genuine about their service, they truly care about the enjoyment of their customers. The food is even better than the service. Fushion Grill has some of the best food I have ever tasted with good, fresh ingredients. You can tell it is made with love and care for the customer. Overall this place is fabulous, I have visited a few times over the years and every time is better than the last.”
“Was looking for a place to dinner in the TO area we haven’t been to, and stumbled upon Reynolds Cucina. While there are no shortage of Mexican food spots in the area, this place stood out.
The quesabirria tacos were delicious. You don’t see these on many menus, and they were a must have. They also provide you with a small container of consumé to dip your tacos. We also had a carne asada burrito which we split. Very good as well. The salsa bar was well stocked, and had a green salsa that we really enjoyed. The chips were perfect, and tasted like they were made right before they brought them out.
If you’re looking for Mexican food in the Thousand Oaks/Westlake area, this place is a must.”
“I love spending my money and time in a place where the employees are clearly enjoying working together. At Eggs n Things my Swedish pancakes were delicious and I got to see the very busy and efficient waitstaff joke with each other, sing snatches of song while they loaded trays and in general look like they were having a genuinely good time all while serving customers with care.”
“I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review for Side Street, I am always in a happy food comma post-brunch and forget. Side Street has long been my absolute favorite restaurant in Ventura County! When it comes to the menu at Side Street, you genuinely can't make a wrong choice. Personally, I'm hooked on their country fried steak and waffles. Hands down the best gravy you'll ever have! There's something about the way they make their coffee that has me drinking half a pot of coffee I swear. When I go out to eat, I expect the food to be better than what I could make myself at home. It's a standard that so many breakfast/lunch restaurants seem to miss, but Side Street consistently exceeds these expectations without fail. What sets Side Street apart is not only the outstanding food but also their commitment to keeping prices reasonable. You definitely get more than your money's worth here! So many of their dishes come with 1) eggs, 2) toast or biscuits & gravy, AND 3) home fries or hash browns. It's a breakfast lover's dream come true! In the post-COVID era, the closure of so many beloved family-owned restaurants was heartbreaking. Side Street not only weathered the storm but continues to thrive. Stepping into Side Street feels like entering a home away from home. Suzanne, the owner and founder, is a constant presence, working alongside her husband, Ryan, and son, Drew. This is as family-owned as it gets, and that authenticity resonates in every corner of the restaurant. What truly makes Side Street special is the family environment. Every member of the staff makes the atmosphere so welcoming. It's evident that they take pride in providing exceptional service, making each visit a memorable experience. In a time where good, family-owned establishments are hard to come by, Side Street stands out as a beacon of what going to a restaurant should be. From the warm atmosphere to the delicious food and impeccable service, this restaurant will always be my go-to. If you haven't experienced the magic of Side Street, it's about time you do! Truly a hidden gem of Ventura County!”
“We went here for a quick late dinner. The food was tasty but nothing special. I think I may try a few more items though- it may be that my dish was not the best. I had a shrimp taco, some of the breaded shrimp had a bit more breading than ideal. The Mexican street corn though was quite tasty and they provided a good amount for the serving.”
“Fresh, no skimping, great options, friendly service, order always correct, open all day. Best sushi spot in East Ventura County/Conejo!”
“Oh my! So this is a first no “photo” review. This is for a reason. Grand hospitality with a Greek flair. Family business and this team puts the their heart and soul into making a well prepared meal. Get there early too. Halibut is amazing. Orange roughy is fresh and grilled perfectly. Sand dabs for a west coast delicacy are top shelf.”

“Food ? sandwiches ? are deliciously ? expensive ? .
Parking is like a battlefield. A handful of them are entitled Beemers swooping in for the parking slot.
I guess that's what I get for driving a small Jap car ?, you no see me, people are people.
The lines are long.
The preparation of the sandwich is even longer.
If I'm hungry, I'd go elsewhere.
Other than that, they are worth every penny waiting for them delicious sandwiches!
Keep up the great work, y'all.

“We had a party of three come here last night, And it was a really wonderful experience. Our food was delicious as we’ve come to expect from Olive Garden. But the highlight was absolutely our waiter, Marcus (If that’s how you spell it). He was incredibly attentive, very accommodating, And had a smile on his face the whole night. My wife is a waitress (And a damn good one) so we really pay attention to service. Give that man a raise!”
“The food was delicious, might have had a better rating if the coffee was more robust. The picatta sauce on the fish special was some of the best I've had, bright and lemony. The young lady supporting our table was very attentive, keeping glasses filled and dirty plates removed without being intrusive.”
“I had a great lunch and fabulous service from Grazi. I was there for their soft opening and I loved the food and all the servers, especially Grazi! I can’t wait to go back.”

“I have been a fan of Del Taco since I lived up in Los Angeles,, Hollywood CA areas. The only location that I would visit in the San Fernando valley.. probably 25 minutes from Ventura Blvd. I prefer the Beer battered Tacos,,that are coated pieces of shrimp. 🔹🔹🍤🌮🍤🌮🍤🌮🔥. This location i stopped at years ago,,when I was in an Uber. It's located on the corner of Hillcrest and Ventu Park Blvd. It's in the same shopping plaza as Ralph's grocery, and various restaurants, lottery ticket retailer's and Mom/Pop stores. I stopped in and ordered 3 shrimp 🍤🌮🍤🔹Tacos that are soft shell, with lettuce, tomatoes 🔹🍅🔹,,lime and probably Cole slaw. It was rather early,,they had two customers in there. This location is 24/7 and with it being ❤️Mother's Day 🌺,, I didn't know if they were open so early. My total order came to 10.71$ .. they offer alot of specials. Maybe because the economy is in the toilet,, eating out is rather tough on people these days. I was in a hurry and decided to take my meal with me . The fountain drink,,they offer many options for beverages. From water,Hi-C fruit punch,Root beer,Coca cola and Dr.Pepper. This location is kinda dated ,, but the staff were very kind . My meal arrived in a timely fashion. I especially like the Quesadilla.. Muy favorite 🔹🔹😂🔹🔹✌️”

“$17 for combo pho seems to be the norm nowadays. It's not bad but not really $17 worth. The steak is good and tender so if, if, I want pho and in this area again, I may try the $15 steak only pho. Soup is ok, not bad not great, nothing too memorable. They do give you the veggi like a normal pho restaurant.
Overall, based on $17, it's not bad but it is not that good. It will be a good $14 combo pho.”

“I just wanted to thank the owner and staff for your generosity and patience yesterday on your busiest day of the year. On a whim I decided to stop by. My family was super happy when I got home. Our boys decided every Friday will be Valentino's. And I couldn't agree more. Thank you again.”
“I could not believe how fast, fresh & Delicious their food was, I got to pick whatever I wanted and they stir-fried it all together, came with rice, wontons, soup & baked bread, All You Can Eat ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they have new owners & they are adding more stuff then before, I’m liking it more and more, highly recommend it”

“I recently visited Robeks in Thousand Oaks and had an excellent experience. The customer service stood out immediately. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. They took the time to understand my preferences and made helpful recommendations.
The shop itself was clean and welcoming, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my smoothie. Overall, Robeks in Thousand Oaks is a fantastic spot for a tasty and healthy treat, and I highly recommend it, especially for its outstanding customer service.”

“Years ago I moved to a land far far away where Taco Bell is considered good Mexican food. Just Imagine living in a world with no Mexican food... That's rough time served right there. Knowing that I'm going back to the land of no Mexican food, this was by far my top choice. People always say that In N Out is going to be their first stop back in California. "Forget that. I want the Taco Truck." This place is as good as I remembered and i almost missed it. Asada burritos are my go to. I can only hope they will still be here when i come back again.”
“This is where we get cakes and cookies when we want to level up our hosting game or show up at someone’s house with something gorgeous and decadent. Definitely a huge step up from your average grocery store bakery and that’s reflected in the pricing, but depending on your needs, totally worth it.
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bakery items too.”
“A great place to wind down the day with awesome food and great service. Due to the popularity of this place, there’s usually a wait to get a table, typically under 6 minutes, a table will be ready. New patrons are welcomed by the manager who brings freshly made chips that come with jalapeños and butter.”
“Ribs and chocolate cake, and sweet smashed potatoes and mac n cheese were superb. As was the tri tip salad. Service was the best. I wish I could teach ALL restaurants how to make regular mashed potatoes, especially if they aren't serving gravy. Never the less, 5 stars.”
“Great food, great staff and great location. The meat are fresh and properly marinated, the dipping sauce and tray are well prepared. Enough seats and tables to accomodate a big group. Will definitely come back.”
Cheap Eats
“I've had lunch at this franchise for several years now, and generally, it's been above 4.5 stars consistently. This branch in Thousand Oaks was a 5 star this time, and frankly, every time I've been here. If I'm in the area, it's definitely on my mind to visit.
I love the "socal" . By the way, they bake their own bread at the store ⭐️
The one in north Hollywood is my least favorite of them.”
“Creative menu options and always a really satisfying meal. Portions are great, always very fresh and delicious. Love that there is a gluten free waffle also but wish the potatoes were gf also! Fresh squeezed juice, nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
“Joe & his staff were amazing! Very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Amazing service and amazing food. The food was delicious. The rice was one of the best rice I ever had. Very authentic Mexican food. Definitely will be going back for more. Best Mexican food in TO and very good customer service!”
“Just dined here with my daughters who are three and seven, and not only did they absolutely loved every bite of it, it was such a fun and great atmosphere to bring family. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing, and plus you’re eating something that’s healthy and delicious! Thank you Ubatuba, we will be back!”
“Absolutely delicious Poki…so good …I went back the next day!! Good Vibes too!! Highly recommend 😊”
“The owner of the establishment is extremely friendly. The food was incredible and should be tried by everybody. They were very accommodating in their suggestions of mixing the different broths. I highly recommend going to taboo Shabu.”
“We have been to Bazille once before, and we enjoyed things in general very much. The waiter, Craig, was very friendly, polite and very efficient and attentive. The food was delicious, with one exception: We were celebrating a friend's birthday, so we ordered a two desserts: creme brulee and a strawberry shortcake. They were both delicious, but each had its own problem The flavor of the creme brulee was tasty, but under the toasted sugar crust the custard was runny. When we expected the strawberry shortcake, a bread pudding was brought out, which a sent back. The problem was corrected promptly. Unfortunately, the baked portion was very difficult to cut, so it made it very had to eat. I reserved with open table, and noted that there was a birthday being celebrated, but no candle was on either dessert. I didn't expect a free dessert, just a candle. First time ever in my life, no candle. Good rating, still enjoyed our Salade Nisoise entrees.”

“Sunset Terrace is my "GO TO" social and sports bar in Thousand Oaks and I frequent 3 times a week. By far they have the best happy hour on weekdays 3 - 7 pm. (Drinks - 50% off / Food - 25% off). They have plenty of pool tables, big screen TVs, and the only bowling alley (4 lanes) in town. The crowd is mostly locals who welcome newbies and make them feel right at home. The bartenders and servers are friendly and efficient and I rate their food a #10. The have security and I like the fact that never have I seen a fight there. Give it a try and I promise you can't go wrong. Thanks for reading this, Bruce Love”
“This is the first time I've been in the shop and purchased anything, and I really love this place! The employees are very knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the product, and the overall vibe of the store is peaceful and enjoyable. I live out of town, but the next time I come back I'm making another visit. Would definitely recommend.”
“Awesome food. Nice workers. Sometimes we are quick to complaint about the service but we are seldom compliment a good job the restaurant and workers provide us. With this pandemic we need to let them know how we appreciate them and to thank them for providing excellent food and a WOW service..”
