“Hello I wanted to compliment manager Jaime for his customer service and apologized mutiple times because I had order chicken pot pie with chicken wings and there was 20 minutes wait for the pie. He went beyond his scope of customer satisfaction plus giving me free order of KFC mash potatoes which is my all time favorite. Thank you again 😃“

“I stopped by this Popeyes today to take advantage of my T-Mobile Tuesday deal on their wings. I applied the coupon to my account so I placed my order on their app. I got 6 bone in wings with the signature hot seasoning and did the same for my other 6 orders of wings. The key to using the coupon is that you have to add your 1st time to the court first and then add the coupon code afterwards for it to work properly. I put in my order right when they open, I had to wait 1 minutes extra for the app to detect it properly and my order was placed. I found the store alright and there not a lot of parking spots here but since I was there first customer, it wasn't a problem. I walked inside and showed the cashier my online order email. She handed me my food and asked if I needed any extra sauces. The wings were good and I especially like the signature hot seasoning.

Vegetarian options: There a coldslaw salad but I wouldn't recommend it

Parking: They don't have alot of parking spots here

“Good food but I hate that I have to use the app to get the fair price. There's always a Bermuda triangle of no Internet 100 yards around all these fast-food spots that push us to be tracked in their loyalty apps. They don't even have the same combos in-store when the app fails. Lastly, hate to say it but check social media, y'all are getting cooked for serving up hockey pucks as biscuits. You need to respect the time cards on the biscuits. Throw them away and make new ones before they become petrified wood.... or keep them in a hyperbaric chamber until ordered so they don't threaten lives out here in these streets. The Honey lemon pepper wings are fire though...“

“Food was fantastic But unfortunately our service was terrible. We ordered online and upon arrival they had not received our order. We had to show them our proof of confirmation email and they said it would be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. Went back in 10 minutes They said it would be another 5 minutes all together it took about 40 minutes to get our food. They couldn't get it together and then they forget part of our order. So we had to wait even longer.“
