Love all the small dish options, feels like I could come here multiple times a week and not get tired of the food given the variety. I recommend the mapo tofu, king pao chicken, sweet tomato and egg, and eggplant. The mini buns are nice snack for the kids too. We make our own rice at home and pair with 5-6 of these sides. Feeds a family of 4 for about $25-30! Not a big space inside so gets a little cramped during busy hours.“

“Sunday nights. 4am. I’m hungry and tired. I come here after work and who am I greeted by? The friendliest, happiest dude ever. I don’t know his name but he’s Latino and he legit is super friendly and helpful. That guy deserves a raise, or a gold medal or something. I have no idea how he keeps himself so happy but whatever it is, he’s awesome. I wish I knew his name. The food is always warm and decently fresh tasting, I only eat fast food after work if I’m starving but when I do eat it, I make sure to come to this dude. I hope all his wishes come true. “This evening I stopped by the drive-thru to pick up a combo. I was helped by a guy named Ibin, and I believe he’s a perfect example of how customer communication should be. He instantly lifts your mood. Overall, the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. The food is tasty, and everything is served quickly — it’s a place you want to come back to.“

“Drive through was fast. Lady didn't know it was me after I confirmed my online order 30 seconds after she verified it was my mobile order. Guess she wanted ot make sure I was the correct customer even if i was the only one there. What can i say Fast food good service. I'm excited to see how it'll go next time I go.“

The service is amazing and fast, and the ambiance here is so relaxing, and the staff make you feel so welcome, as soon as you walk in. “Look, I could be an ass if I choose to be so… But I’m not going to… All I’m going to say is that everyone I’ve come here before the last visit, I’ve had pretty much a good experience…But, the last time we went, I placed an online order and they apparently didn’t have ANY desserts… Which I guess was fine, it happens… But what wasn’t right was there the clown manning the register basically gave no you know what’s and offered no kind of substitution for it… His demeanor was just like “So we don’t have the dessert or any desserts for that matter and so even though you paid for it, because it’s an online order, I’m not going to offer or give you anything as a substitution”… So that was very off putting and kind of made me not want to go back to this location all because of one little incident where things were out if my hands as a guest, but apparently out of his hands because it was an online order… Maybe I’m wrong… But I really didn’t appreciate that all I got was a sorry all because it was an online order…

Never in my life have I ordered online and they were out of something that I ordered and not offered any kind of substitution… So because of this, and the person who saw no solution seeing as I paid in full for a product and only received a portion of what I paid for…“

“Had the California Double Cheeseburger combo. Was under nine dollars and the burger tasted great, just the silver dollar sized patties inside of a bun 3/4 of an inch bigger all the way around makes you feel ripped off. When I dine in, which I did, I try to pick the best deal. They changed the whole menu in the place now. There is no value at Carl's now either. Started with them before the inflation. The 2 for 5 everywhere else gets was 2 for 5.99 and in very small print on the sign. Just an example. Carl's Jr. Always used to have something cheap. Now the best you can get there is the big carl and the California double. Combos both under 10 bucks. Both with small drink and fries. The rest of the menu..pffft. Can go sit in a restaurant like olive garden and eat unlimited soup and salad cheaper. Carl's did away with green burrito. The salad bar. The 99 cent famous star. And the staff. Took 25 minutes to get our food. They need something on that menu thats cheap. The 2 for 6 they advertise on TV. I havent checked but ill bet its two for 6.99 here. Silver dollar size chicken patty and hamburger patty. They both used to be in the number 13 combo. Under 9 bucks. Also had a cookie. No value anymore. Had a shake afterwards. 2 for 7.99. Can buy a half gallon of ice cream and make 6 shakes the size of the 2 I got for 2.99.“

“I absolutely love Toni Khachapuri! I’ve eaten here many times — it’s always delicious, fast, and super affordable. The khachapuri are just incredible, truly comfort food at its best. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a filling meal. My only small suggestion: please consider replacing the adjika — it slightly takes away from the overall experience. But other than that, everything is amazing. I keep coming back! ❤️“

“This was my very first time trying their fried chicken. Unfortunately I did not like it at all. It did nit have any flavor and bland unless you try it with their or any sauce. I find that ridiculous because in my opinion, a sauce can enhance the taste of food but if a fried chicken has no flavor without sauce.... I don't know what to say... KFC, Popeyes -- you can have their fried chicken without sauce and still enjoy it.... Sorry Raising Cane's Chicken, this doesn't mean your fried chicken is bad... “In the city where I worked for 34 years, Gold Star was my go to. Great menu with lots of varieties. The menu covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast burritos are top shelf and the Bacon avocado cheese burger and the pastrami are winners. Very friendly atmosphere. This may sound goofy, but their soda fountain is always spot on. The soda tastes almost like it's out of the bottle. Better than the fast food places soda fountains. You won't be disappointed.“

The place has increased in price since I first came here and the menu has changed and what I used to get is no longer on the menu. LION KING ROLL is my goto. It’s delicious. However….. Today as I approached the counter to get my food, a homeless girl walks in barges right next to me as my order is being processed and given to me, and asks “y’all got any miso soup?!?” Stinky and obviously covered in filth, no bath for probably years and a dirty soiled blanket wrapped around her, I was instantaneously disgusted. Miso soup was given to her and I don’t know what else because I got outta there before she could even ask me for money or whatever! You feed a pigeon and what happens??? A dozen or more come. This is a simile; a point I’m trying to make. Homeless are the root of the problems here in Koreatown. You feeding them is the hand the feeds the problem.“

“Been going here for years it's across the street from my studio I do makeup and creature effects and I know the worker over their angel who I see every so often we know each other for years interacting at the window when we first met she mentioned my glasses think she's fantastic I always like the food here and the customer service actually everybody there and the managers as well as all the servants are great but of course Angels my favorite tell her follow me on Instagram my IG (vgpeffects) picture of me and Mark Hamill anyway I love Carl's Junior the foods always high quality I love their burgers and the chicken sandwiches and the chicken strips also they never get an order wrong barely ever, not like McDonald's does nearby. If I had to make one complaint it would be the big CLUCK sandwich sometimes the bread crumbs or coating are too hard over cooked not soft and too crunchy and it's almost like biting into a rock, you need to go there early for that sandwich when it's fresh not late at night other than this place is fantastic.“
