“We did not dine in so I can’t speak to the atmosphere or service, but the banh mi sandwiches? Perfection. The pork was well marinated and super tender, there was a good tang from the pickled carrot and daikon, the baguette is crusty yet soft, and the cucumber/cilantro/jalapeno was fresh and crunchy. We ate the sandwiches in silence which always means the food is good. This is a long-winded review just to say - Get the banh mi. 👌🏻“

“This restaurant was absolutely perfect! Loved the outdoor dining and how you could see the kitchen. My friend got their wine flight which apparently was good, and they have nonalcoholic wine! The food was delicious, we got 5 plates and dessert for 4 people. The strawberry apricot meringue tart was insane. Thank you!!!“

“Came here after work for a little solo date night and it was perfect! I started with a happy hour glass of wine and a side of their olives while I read, which was such a nice way to unwind. I ended up staying for dinner and ordered the seasonal tofu curry bow, which was divine and bursting with flavor. To top it all off, I treated myself to their matcha chocolate cake, and it was the perfect sweet ending. Cozy vibes, great food, and a perfect spot to relax solo or with friends!“

“Nice Indonesian ice cream spot. It is small tiny shop next to coffee shop and it serve vegan ice cream. The seating place is at the street level. It doesn't have many choices but it is interesting they shave Indonesua palm broen sugar as garnish. Eventhough it is vegan ice cream, the taste is like regular ice cream. Pricewise it is quite high.“

If you have a sense of it, then you know this is a crazy amazing thing, this delicious pastry shop with more vegan options than I've seen in a looong time in LA. "Vegan breakfast sandwich". . . this was an impossibility in Culver City until now and it's tasty and not expensive here. Vegan almond and chocolate croissants; they got 'em. Vegan oreo cake slices; they got 'em. Please never close. Please never close. PS: Also 5 min walk to/from Hello Sunshine Kitchen . . . amazing!“

“Excellent place for all bakery products. This always a queue, soliciting the lovely Brazil. I loved the big Sangki bread and the Banana Bread. The hummus and yoghurt dip, what's awesome? It's her secret recipe for over the years. I heard conversations where the third generation had come to buy from the bakery. It is an excellent place to have your morning breakfast and start the day with an excellent taste combined with health. Reasonable prices great value for money“

“Went here with a friend and was blown away (sounds cliche!) by the level of service I got from a place I wasn't destined to spend more than $10 at. The honestly polite cashier (manager, perhaps?) and her knowledge of all of the various cookies, their ingredients, and other particulars, made my day. Reminded me of how service used to be years ago. The cookies were very good, too, as were the samples I was given. I'd love to come back here when I'm in the area.

This is the BEST gelato shop you can possibly find in Los Angeles...and the United States. They also offer flavors that I never had in my homeland, Italy. Like their white chocolate/passion fruit. Sublime. And their hazelnut? Divine.
Get pints of those! And of coconut...and of dark chocolate...“

“Los Feliz in California is a must and Figaro must be included! This is a wonderful unassuming French restaurant, very traditional French cuisine. Get the Moules Marinieres! They give you so many mussels and the fries were delicious! My only issue is that they don't serve bread to dip in the broth and I had to ask for a spoon. There was no way I was going to leave that delicious broth, well seasoned with rosemary! The Kir Royal was standard. Their desserts were also delicious. Had the millefeuille (Napoleon) and took home the bread pudding. The millefeuille was creamy and not overly sweet. The bread pudding was a very large portion that could be divided easily into two servings. My friend had the macarons. She said the pistachio was the best she had ever tasted. Service was pleasant. Dining was in old leather cushioned chairs, a little low and hard to prevent your bag from being on the floor. There are options to sit at other tables with bistro chairs Looking forward to returning to this restaurant!“

“We went on a Saturday morning to meet with two friends right at opening with my two kids and husband. Service was great, food was delicious and was a great time had for all. The staff was exceptionally considerate with my kids (ages 4 and 7) providing activities and general interaction with them. And the menu had great options for the various dietary restrictions in our group (lactose intolerant, vegan, and vegetarian). We will be back!“

“I have been to the 2 Little Tokyo locations and this one is definitely the winner! there’s a huge variety of pastries and things to eat for a quick bite (you might probably have to eat it standing or elsewhere during the weekends since it gets pretty packed and there’s just 3 tables!) but the steamed buns were good!, the matcha mochi wasn’t too sweet so it was perfect, the almond croissant was fine but their specialty is definitely on other pastries! will definitely come back again to try more stuff.“
