Nothing to compare with locally because we are from Colorado Springs where the best local ramen (Rooster Ramen) closed years ago and we haven’t had anything good since other than a few hit pot places. Otherwise we were impressed by the service (Lucia paid closed attention to our table) and the speed at which our ramen and katsu was placed at our table. Broth, noodles and meat were excellent. No complaints from us and reasonably priced!
Hands down one of the best ramen spots I’ve been to! Absolutely delicious
Service was great, get Alitte pack because they are so popular, got to get Ramen and chicken karaage, my girlfriend got the Pan Fried Gyoza, and the Chashu Bun must try's, I didn’t get a pick of the Chashu doe lol…

Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai is a popular ramen restaurant that has recently expanded to Torrance, offering an authentic Japanese ramen experience. The restaurant is known for its light broth ramen, which is traditionally served as a breakfast food in Japan.
The menu features a variety of ramen options, including the signature Kitakata Ramen, as well as specialty dishes like Wonton Ramen and Green Chili Shio Ramen. Customers praise the chewy, flavorful noodles and the tender, well-seasoned chashu (braised pork belly).
In addition to the delicious ramen, Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai also offers other Japanese favorites, such as karaage (fried chicken) and matcha lattes. The service is reported to be quick and friendly, with some Japanese-speaking staff adding to the authentic atmosphere.
Reviewers note that the ramen can be slightly on the pricier side, but the overall quality and flavors make it a worthwhile experience. The restaurant's relaxed ambiance and easy parking also contribute to its appeal as a go-to ramen destination in the area.
