McDonald's in Torrance

“Came in this morning at 7:15am to get my rewards deals, this absolutely rude man came to the front throwing his paper bag and asking for the general manager, upset he didn’t get a monopoly piece. Hello? You can get monopoly codes online for free without getting money, and sometimes based on the item you can get a digital piece instead of a physical piece. Anyways, the workers did their best to stay professional and deal with the situation although this man was trying to escalate the issue by yelling at them and being rude. Props to the morning team today, love you guys! Never an issue with them, they work so hard and definitely need a raise if they have to deal with people like that on a Monday morning.“

My Double Cheeseburger w/o cheese, with an extra patty was perfectly made and the temperature was hot.
Fabulous visit.

“I found this to be a great McD's. Staff were attentiveness and helpful, food came out fast, and the premises was clean. Manager takes care of the staff.

“Drivethrkugh was *packed* on a saturday morning, but inside was nice and empty. Took 20 minutes to get ~3 saus egg mcmuffins and a hashbrown 😕
Dont mind it too much however, was clean and quiet while i waited for my meal, and was good quality as expected from mcd's.“

“perhaps one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Harbor area. The food here is always fresh & the short cashier lady always has a great & positive attitude it really makes you feel welcomed. Its funny to think that this little McDonald’s inside of a Walmart manages to outshine all these other McDonald’s in the area“

“Several weeks ago, I was at the drive thru and Kathleen was at the window. She was very friendly and helpful. Excellent representative of McDonalds. I have been going to this McD's for decades and overall, this McD's is kept very clean, food is consistently up to McD's standards, and the employees do an excellent job. Kudos to the management team over the decades.“

- McDonald's Playplace
- Refill soda station and refill sweet iced tea station

Cons:
- There are some homeless people.

Suggestion:
- Add refill regular iced tea station.“

“Ordered from the app...said food would be ready 2-5 minutes..after 11 minutes I asked manager where my food was and he asked me what it was and then got it for me. Never showed up on their screen and I made sure I was at the right mcdonalds. Very poor service. At one point no one was taking care of front counter for 7 minutes. Some people just walked out.“
