the best Ilocano restaurant in the whole world. Ilocos restaurant should learn from Romy.
I really liked their beef tapa. Single entree breakfast combo (tapa, 2 eggs, rice) is around $10-11. Ordered 2 of these and 2 drinks for $28-29 (with tax). Some seating available inside the restaurant. Unfortunately they already run out of vigan longganisa when I was there.
