“Spoke to Anthony and Vanessa the manager for the night asked for a refund explain the emergency/accident had on my way to pick up my food. I offer to show proof of what happened couldn't get my refund back. Vanessa, " you paid online didn't show up I cannot give you a refund" I explain and offer to show hospital proof Vanessa laughter and verbalized "sorry, I can't give you a refund." Very rude and unprofessional Vanessa. Very disappointed. By the way this was my favorite restaurant to dine in or for pick up change from 5 stars to 1 stat.“
“Love the food and their deals.i just bought over sixty dollars of food online. I had yo ask the cashier for a receipt to check my order. My order was wrong so I informed them that I had not ordered garlic parmesen boneless wings. They told me that they couldn't correct my order because they only change it when you order to dine in. Since you ordered online we can't change it and the employee walked away. I told him no one was going to eat them and he ignored me.“
