This location clearly has no desire to receive business from customers attempting to place orders over the phone. They have the ringers of their phones turned off and completely ignore the phones lighting up, never answering them. When voicing a complaint about being placed on an endless hold, they respond with an attitude, directing you to order in person or online. The staff is very unpleasant and the dining area is never clean, making this location very undesirable to eat at.
Why must some businesses be so damn greedy? Placed an online order. It said it would be 30 minutes. Never had a wait time that long, but ok. It's takes me 15 minutes to get there. I walk in because maybe it's done early. There are only 2 people working. One of the workers tells me they are short tonight and they're getting out the orders as fast as they can. I spend another 40 minutes waiting for my food. Unacceptable. These places need to shut down online orders if they are short...read full review

It’s clear this establishment is cutting corners on food cost and keeping food past its shelf life. Disgusting! Is it worth making someone sick? Risking people’s health. Beware when visiting this location. I took food back and since I paid via tap all they could offer me was a gift card. Buyer beware when spending your hard earned money here.
