Fast food joint with a drive-thru, located in a medium-sized plaza with Truckee DMV. They have a creek running next to them so watch out for mosquitos in the spring and summer!! They serve burgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, and desserts. They are known for their Blizzards, which are blended soft serve ice cream mixed with various ingredients like candies, cookies, and nuts. Dairy Queen nice in Truckee. Inside dining and nice staff. Prices higher than other locations. Dairy Queen nice stop when traveling. Was in Branson, Mo area last week and enjoyed the Dairy Queen there.

The woman who helped us here was very friendly, very attentive, and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a wonderful employee! (She had brown hair and 4 kids in 4 years ?)
