I don't usually review chain restaurants because I don't expect an amazing sandwich like an independent deli. However todays exp wasn't ok. Although the worker was quite polite the sandwich bread was old and dry. I just at the inside of the sandwich and it was good. The ice tea tasted and smelled spoiled so I poured it out and went for the soda machine. 2 stars because I did manage to get 2 sandwiches. They were mildly edible. I hate leaving bad reviews because it's so tough to succeed as a small business, but this place isn't even trying. The guy just stared at me when I entered and I had to ask him to come over so I could order. He was skulky and interrupted me more than once while I was ordering, telling me what I should get. I love the sandwiches but this has to be the slowest place I've ever gotten a sandwich. There were 5 people ahead of us in line and we have been waiting 15 minutes so far & we are still waiting for them to finish the sandwiches for the guy ahead of us!!! Unbelievable. Come here if you have a ton of time to spare.
