The kinda cheese pizza you can also eat cold, but even better than that, reheated, holds its own the second time around. I ordered the large here and it's incredibly large, need to go medium next time.
Also, Party/ and poker friends often compliment the pizza.“

The breakfast plate in the photo—eggs smothered in a bright, chunky salsa with beans and melted cheese—hits that perfect comfort-food zone: warm, savory, and surprisingly balanced. The salsa has real tomato-and-chile character (not that watery “red sauce” situation), and the beans are creamy enough to scoop up with every bite. Add the dollop of sour cream and it’s basically breakfast therapy.

Then there’s the breakfast sandwich + hash browns combo. The bun is soft, the egg is fluffy, the bacon brings the salt-and-smoke, and the cheese does what cheese is supposed to do: glue happiness together. The hash browns are the kind you keep “sampling” until you realize you accidentally ate half the plate.

“Had the Pastrami Sandwich and it was excellent! 😋 The meat was the best you can get! Moist and flavorful! I've been coming here since the 1990's at least. The sandwich is only about 2/3rds the size that it used to be, but that's the economy in California! Unfortunately i live 20 miles away now, but will be back as soon as I'm in the area again! Their Steak Sandwich was always the best also! ❤️😋“

“I brought my 87 year old mom here after an appointment, by recommendation of her hair stylist. After assembling her mobility scooter and helping her from the car, we headed to the door, which was quickly opened by a server. We appreciate the little considerations 😊 We selected a booth, and the server quickly moved a large table to make room for not just the scooter (there was already plenty of room), but so that we could park it directly opposite our booth! This has never been offered by any other restaurant that we've been to, so happy surprise.
Our food came out quickly, and it was delicious! I had the shredded beef taco and cheese enchilada platter, mom had the chili rellano platter.
The only complaint that I have with this restaurant is that it's so far from our homes. That's it. But, it's only 3 minutes from here occasional appointment, so it will be our regular stop from now on!“

During my visit, I was greeted by one of the employees, Antonia, who went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately set the tone for my visit. It’s rare to see someone in fast food who looks like they truly enjoy their job, but this employee carried themselves with professionalism and friendliness that stood out.

What impressed me the most was her attention to detail and willingness to help. She patiently walked me through the menu when I had a couple of questions, made great suggestions, and even double-checked my order to ensure everything was correct. When my food came out, she took the time to confirm it was fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. I came in after work with my daughter — tired, hungry, and needing the kind of comfort that feels like when you scraped your knee as a kid and your mama handed you a warm bowl of soup. It was our first time here, just an hour before closing, and not once did they rush us. They let us take our time, explained the menu with patience, and helped us choose dishes we’d actually love.

I ordered the Beef & Shrimp Udon Noodle Soup, and my daughter got the Chicken Pho. I paired mine with a hot jasmine tea, and we shared an order of their Cream Cheese Crispy Wontons — the kind that are crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and impossible to stop eating.

The woman working that night was the kind of soul you don’t forget. She kept complimenting my motherhood, celebrating the bond between me and my daughter, and making us feel genuinely seen. Her kindness was the unexpected highlight of the night.

Then the food arrived.

A giant bowl of soup, steaming and fragrant, every bite bursting with flavor. If you’ve been here before and haven’t gone back, I need answers, because our first experience was heaven.

It was so good we came back a second time — and doubled our order.Another round of soup, a noodle plate, two orders of the wontons, and drinks.

This time I tried the Passion Fruit Iced Tea, and the real passion fruit pieces at the bottom of the cup absolutely shocked me. I’m still thinking about that drink. I will be going back for more.

Across both visits, we tried so many dishes, and not a single one disappointed. Warm service, comforting food, and a place that feels like mama’s kitchen when you’ve had a long day.
