The mgt Kien/Kenny was very accommodating with our reservation, running a slide show in our private room and the lobby while our guests arrived. The seafood pancakes, desert, and spinning the prize wheel were unexpected treats. Some may think it's pricey but when I consider that for the price I would pay for a basic Rib Eye dinner elsewhere, I can have as much Rib Eye, as well as a variety of other meats, chicken, shrimp, sides as I can possibly eat, it's very reasonable. Most of our group were 1st timers, so the cultural experience of new foods, cooking at your table the way you like, made for a unique experience. Our group of 20 something yr old punk rockers had a lot of fun, the service and food were excellent. We'll be back...ps. call ahead to gauge the crowd and bring an appetite.“

“The restaurant was short staffed, an you realized it when you walked in the door, watch your attitudes if you dine. Be prepared, you’re gonna be waiting for an available hand, I work food service so I understood completely. THANIA was responsive an did her duties, she gave you space which let you enjoy your food. “Can't say enough about this hidden gem. Of you have been thinking about checking it out just go. The food is amazing and the owner and his family are the best. Always feel welcome here. Mr. Ramos is so very generous and always has something delicious on hand to sample. Checks all the boxes for me and can't think of a better spot in fairfield for some delicious Mexican food prepared by a great family. My family is crazy for the ribs, pastor tacos, quesa burria and Carne asada super burritos.“

“The absolute best place for Mongolian BBQ in the area. It was so good. The place was so clean. They have hand sanitizer set up before you grab a bowl to clean your hands before touching all the utensils. They were constantly cleaning up as we set there and they are so friendly. They have owned this place for 17 years and you can tell they are well loved by how many regulars are in and out of there. You get so much food for the price! They also do take out!!!“

“From out of town, but I always try the Korean food if I’m in a new town that has it. I wanted to come here because their menu has a good variety of Korean Soups. Banchan was a perfect amount for two people. The soups reminded me of my childhood. The main woman working was so friendly and nice to us. We had such a warm experience eating here. Will be pushing my friends who live nearby to come here.“

Unassuming adjacent to an Ill placed liquor store, Ohana Hawaiian BBQ is perfectly located for those looking for something different, despite the close proximity of that saliva inducing, addictive Orange Chicken being pushed by a husky panda down the street. But Howzit you ask? All gravy bruddah & sistah. When ordering plate-lunch (main+Mac+2 scoops of rice) I asked if I could sub a scoop of Mac for the overly generous scoops of rice...this was done at no charge. The sauces are on point, mains cooked to order, being the only patrons at the moment the food came out extraordinarily fast.“

I understand some people will read this and disagree with me but customer service is huge to me. my wife and I used a full $100 gift card on lunch for just her and I so we both had enough to take home for dinner the same night. we forgot our to-go bag on the table (yes our fault). less than 10 minutes late, we realized the food wasn't with us. Called the restaurant and said we were on our way back. The host who answered said "sorry, that table has already been cleaned and we threw it away". We even had a full conversation with our waitress about our intentions with the amount of food we were buying. It just irritated me that no one had the mind to just set it aside for a few minutes at least.“
